Nous sommes restés un peu plus d'un mois dans le logement d'Edwin situé dans une résidence de 5 batiments composés de 4 logements chacun. Tranquille du lundi au jeudi, un peu plus animé du vendredi au dimanche. La résidence est sécurisée. L'appartement est petit mais très propre et bien équipé. J'étais en télétravail et en réunions vidéo régulièrement et je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec le WIFI, il fonctionne parfaitement même pendant les petites coupures d'électricité. En parlant d'électrictié, c'est compris dans le prix de location ce qui est rare à LT donc un point posisitif additionel. Le logement est a 2 minutes de marche du bord de l'eau et des restaurants. A environ 7 ou 8 minutes de Playa Punta Poppy et un peu plus de Playa Las Ballenas. Le supermarché le plus proche est à environ 20 minutes de marche. Edwin et son assistant Daniel sont fiables et communiquent très bien, ils se soucient de votre bien-être. 10/10 sur l'expérience globale!!!!

Great location, cant get any better than that. Apartment was very cozy. The jacuzzi is a perfect! Everything was just perfect. Near alot of great restaurants will definitely recommend. Security was also great.

A Perfect Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful condo! The panoramic views were stunning, even better in person than in the pictures. The condo was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the beach. It was spacious to comfortably accommodate my friends and family, and it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Getting to the condo was easy, and access was simple and hassle-free. The rooftop and pool area were clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Evelyn was amazing! extremely responsive before and during our stay. She was kind enough to share great recommendations for beaches and local restaurants to explore. Playa Bonita is the closest beach to the condo, but we found ourselves spending most of our time at Playa Punta Popy, just 8 minutes away. It had more restaurants and little shops, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views and excellent hospitality!

We've stayed in several apartments at Playa Bonita Beach Residences. Toni and Sylvie are definitely the best hosts we've had. I do feel the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, and to let you know the main bathroom is wheelchair accessible, but the shower is a bit of an issue as water does spill out a fair amount. Everything else was perfect and we had a great stay steps from the beach.

From the first day to the last, it felt like I was at home. The complex is really peaceful and the views are amazing at night. Exactly what I saw in the listing is exactly what I experienced. The hosts are very humble and well mannered to the care of my family. I would 1000% recommend booking with Nestor for any future stays in Santiago.

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este apartamento. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y en una zona muy tranquila. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio, bien decorado y con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda. La cama era muy cómoda, completamente climatizado, hermosa vista y el wifi funcionó perfectamente durante toda nuestra visita. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para responder nuestras dudas y nos dio recomendaciones muy útiles sobre qué hacer en la zona. La comunicación fue rápida y clara desde el primer momento. Definitivamente recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que busque un lugar acogedor y bien ubicado. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

ultra modern apartment looks better in person than on pictures . it is located in a upscale community, I could not find one negative about this apartment, definitely would recommend and definitely want to stay there again on my next visit .

everything was good and as described. some issues with the shower water pressure but besides that everything was great.

Great place! beautiful unit. Walkable to beach clubs nearby and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great amenity! Would definitely stay again next time we visit Punta Cana.

The apartment was exactly as pictured—modern, stylish, and very clean. It’s located in a great area, close to everything I needed. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance, which made dining out super convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

All my was asking me about that place every time I posted a video or a picture on my social media. Giacomo’s place is one of the best finds in Dominicus. The property is on the most beautiful stretch of beach in the entire area, the home is well equipped, clean and comfortable and Giacomo is a helpful and responsive host. We feel so lucky to have found this place for our Dominican vacation. We would happily return to this spot and would definitely seek out Giacomo as a host again.
