Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hiroshima

Really nice traditionnal house close to Okunoshima island (5min walking from the ferry and train station). The host is really nice and responsive. The house is above a delicious italian-japanese fusion restaurant. The chief was really nice and helful.

We had a great stay, host was very welcoming, house is beautiful with lots of space and very clean. Host even left birthday present for our son which was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

Really an amazing stay. The room is just like a dream, with such beautiful furniture and everything you may need for your stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend to get also a massage! I felt very relaxed and in peace :)

All of the Airbnbs we stayed in during our 4-city trip to Japan were wonderful, but we were still blown away arriving at Yumi’s. It was by far the most luxurious of all of them-in fact, we had trouble motivating ourselves to leave it to explore because it was so peaceful and beautiful. We wanted a place where we could explore both Miyajima and Hiroshima and this place fit that criteria for us. We walked about 20 minutes downhill to get to the Miyajima pier and opted for a taxi on the way back which cost 800 yen. The Ajina station was about 15 min downhill walk and then train to Hiroshima maybe 20 min. We absolutely loved this area and wished we had more time. Yumi was a great host and left us eggs, milk, coffee and bread so that we could have breakfast without making a trip to the store, and she let us check in early. 10/10 recommend

Nice place to stay and is in an amazing location. You can walk to any landmark and there is even a bus 5 min walk away. Loved my stay in this quiet Hiroshima neighbourhood.

Wow!! loved this home! absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Hiro and Kazumi were the best host with a tea ceremony and kimono service. They also received us with an assorment of japanese delicacies that were delicious! We wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely love to return.

Such nice people, the place is beautiful and old, so traditional, the beach is just a 30 sec walk away and so private, loved to have stayed for longer.

They responded quickly and responded quickly to these questions. The room was also clean and spacious, and even with 5 children, I was able to play without any problems.The facilities were easy to use and arranged, which was very appreciated.

We loved the Airbnb. The place was very spacious and had a large patio. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations where to eat. The Airbnb was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in and check out was easy. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a group or family to stay in Hiroshima.

Apartment was just as described and as pictured, having 3 beds for us 3 adults was awesome and made for a comfortable night. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Host is very quick and responsive. As for getting in, the instructions were clear but a front view of the area would have been helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Very close to ferry. Very nice flat. Spacious and with a thought through interior design and firniture. Great beds. The place could fit 6 people (we were two). Rather unusual - but nice - with this much space, when traveling in Japan.

Spacious, clean, good cross ventilation when the windows were open, good shower, comfortable beds. A bit distant from downtown. We walked everywhere and that worked fine. Very quiet.

great apartment, really high end and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and just the sort of place you want to spend time in while travelling around. 20 min walk to sea temple ferry and atomic dome/ park / museum. good bakeries nearby and tram / bus stop 5 mins away. the location on a main road, and traffic noise, won't be to everyone's liking, but this is a lovely place to stay.

It was used by six family members. After sightseeing in Miyajima, I entered the city and stayed here.It was a rental car, but there was a coin parking lot right next door, so it was very convenient to grab and drop off luggage for children.Non-contact check-in was also smooth. The room was spacious and the bed was clean and nice. The next day, we went to the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome, which was very close and convenient.

Great place to stay! We really loved it here, super clean, spacious and a lovely little balcony. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We were here to bike the Shimanami Kaido and this was a great location for that. Thanks for having us!

The place was basic, but squeaky clean and in the perfect location. Restaurants right in the same building and all around. Walkable to all the sights. And the price is right, so it’s a great value. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the location worked well for our biking the Shimanami Kaido. It is just a few blocks from the train station, a large grocery store, and bike rental shops. The restaurants in the area are just okay but this is expected for being a smaller town. The property was fairly clean, a little dusty in some places but generally fine. The beds were not very comfortable - pillows were thin and felt worn down. Overall, this is a good basic place to rest while exploring the area but nothing fancy.

Great place to stay, amazing host that went above and beyond to get us the room we wanted and we really enjoyed staying here while biking the Suminami Kaido. Would recommend!
