The 40-sqm flat is located within the village of Bellevaux, in the French alps at 900m a.s.l., with a nice view over the Brevon valley in a peaceful and natural environment. Studio in the heart of the resort

You want a small family resort with restaurants bars and bakery next to the studio during the winter. H confirmeraz, small station with 50 km of alpine slopes and backgrounds. And lots of hiking trails in the summer Raclette appliances, fondue provided ⛔️⛔️towels and bed linen are not provided,⛔️⛔️ see concierge services if needed Cleaning will have to be done at the exit, concierge who will check otherwise you can take the cleaning option for 25 euros per hour.

At the foot of the Hirmentaz ski resort, 27 m2 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with terrace, RESIDENCE DES MONTAGNES, completely renovated Composed of entrance with 1 bunk bed 70 x 190, closet, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, stove, raclette and fondue machine, Nespresso coffee machine, all dishes for 6 travelers, table, sofa bed 140 x 190. Beautiful bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a large closet. Bathroom with a 70 x 120 shower.

Beautiful small studio in the heart of the Alps

My place is 2 steps from the downhill ski slopes, we are located in the heart of the resort of HIRMENTAZ, family-friendly, pleasant, inexpensive. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails; La Chèvrerie resort, located 10 km away,in connection with Saint Jean d 'Aulps. Proximity to Thonon and Evian-les-Bains with their hot tubs. Fully equipped resort, restaurants, local produce shop, sports shops/rentals. My little place is good for a couple with kids.

Hi, What a beautiful stay, relaxation, walks in abundance, calm, clean air, I already knew where the fact of having reiterated my request to Thierry to take advantage of this UNIQUE opportunity. Moreover, the village is a haven of peace, the environment a little Eden. Thanks to Thierry for offering his little low-cost treasure chest where everything is as described. It is more than convincing that I will come back ..... again :)

Very pleasant stay: Beautiful view of the mountains and well exposed and bright apartment. The apartment is well equipped. The apartment is indeed less than 50 m from a ski slope with ski lift. There are plenty of hiking trails, so we didn't have to take the car during the whole week we spent in this apartment. Plan to do the shopping before arriving at the apartment because there are no small shops. Thank you to the host Nicolas for his kindness and responsiveness.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. The accommodation is very clean, everything is perfect, we didn't want for anything. The building is very quiet, you can hear the bells of the cows when the windows are open. We were hosted very well. Lots of activities and places to discover nearby. Very good restaurants. The snack "Le Repaire" at the bottom of the accommodation is to be recommended, the owner is welcoming, the cuisine is excellent. Thanks again for this pleasant accommodation.

Very good stay in the studio offered by Nelly, Very well equipped, clean, recent bathroom, well arranged. Communication is nice with the owner. The location is well located for the resort in winter as well as close to restaurants/shops in summer (5min walk) Thank you 🙏 the kids were delighted!
