This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment during my recent business‑leisure trip. The host was incredibly responsive, and the place was spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured. A big shout-out to the caretaker, Sumit—he’s a genuinely helpful and friendly person, always going the extra mile. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home and hit all the right notes for both work and relaxation. If I had one suggestion, it would be to allow guests access to a washing machine—that would elevate requirements. I’d happily stay again on my next trip

Had a wonderful stay with friend at Ajinkya’s place. He himself along with his staff were very polite. The caretaker took care of the property. The location of the property is too good, walking distance (100m) to balewadi highstreet with access to premium restaurants, shopping centre, beautiful cafes, chillout places, parks and clubs. Will definitely recommend the place for the upcoming guests.

What truly made this experience exceptional was the host. Rutuja was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. Communication was prompt and friendly, making us feel very well taken care of. All the listed amenities were provided and in excellent working order. The stay was amazing,host was responsive,proper parking was there, cleanliness was maintained. The caretaker of the place was also very polite. The ambience, the river view in the evening everything was just wonderful. And most importantly washrooms were clean with proper water supply.

Jeeet, the host of this property is a genuine guy and always goes out of the box to help the client whatever the issue or problem... his property is worth tje visit and stay in with hygin and uninterupted pease of mind but when required instunt help and support. Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

it was very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities going further I would like to suggest that Check in time has to be reduced to atleast 13:00...rest everything is upto the mark with Value for Money
