WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

From the apartment's own terrace, you can follow the life of the lake in a wealth of different birds, and everything from kayaks to shuttle boats. Beautiful hiking, MTB tracks, cycling From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, Silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus, the station is only 400m from the apartment. There is no internal staircase between the floors, and there is a private entrance to the apartment. Wifi 👍

WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the amazing nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There's also a sauna in connection with the lake. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzaria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Only imagination sets the limits on this beautiful place! WELCOME

Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

Private sandy beach and sauna

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our 1870s property, and was originally an old stable that we have lovingly refurbished over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It's a long way up to the sky here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to say hello to you, and our cat, chickens, and roosters are also very curious. We're excited to accommodate you 🤗

The forest cabin

Enjoy the tranquility and the amazing nature here at Skovhytten. There's room here for the whole family or for couples who just want to enjoy each other and the area. You are surrounded by nature, have a beautiful view of fields and woods, but Bryrup is still within walking distance with a supermarket, playgrounds and a lovely swimming lake. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Svejbækhus - apartment

Create some unforgettable memories in this unique and family-friendly home, with direct access to Julsø, at Ry. The peaceful area allows for total relaxation and a re-connection with nature. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, but adjacent rooms with external access allow for up to 10 people. You can fish, swim and sail on the lake right outside the door. You can hike in the forest (Himmelbjerget is a neighbor) and on Denmark's Roof there are many mountain bike routes.
