Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

The Historic Isabelle Charming

Our charming 1940's Craftsman home is located on beautiful main street in the heart of Historical Hilliard. Our house is just steps away from many great restaurants, Hillard's Station and Splash Park, Crooked Can Brewery, Historical Village, Rails to Trails bike path, First Responders' Park and Franklin Co. Fairgrounds, and 15 min drive from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. We are just miles from the Ohio Stadium, Clippers Minor League Baseball at Huntington Park and the NHL Blue Jackets.

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Birdsong Meadow - A Peaceful Home in the Country

We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.

Fabulous space, living room with wet bar, MW, mini fridge, large screen TV with cable and Netflix. Lovely bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with a shower. Couch has a pullout that sleeps two. Quiet peaceful space. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, ample parking. Short ride to OSU campus and medical centers. Garden lovers: feel free to tour the garden. Artist paradise by the River

An artists creative space, full of love. Near downtown, OSU, and all the best Columbus has to offer. on a lovely quiet street next to a park and a bike path . Expect the lovely sounds of children laughing, tennis and basketball playing at times. Please Note : Dogs are welcome with approval of breed and number of pets. An additional charge of $30 Pet cleaning fee for each additional pet. Sorry no cats!

Countryside Private Dwelling

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Lombard Loft

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy the window view across the road of summer wild flowers and autumn colors along Little Darby Creek. Brew a cup of coffee or take a 10 minute drive into Plain City to The Red Hen Cafe and Bakery. We're located 26 minutes from The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and 36 minutes from downtown Columbus.
