Emily was an outstanding host from start to finish. My partner and I were staying as we went to the Beyoncé concert and Emily made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable and went above and beyond to search and give us information on the best routes to get to and from the stadium as well as a very thoughtful pre drink for me and my partner with a lovely note upon arrival. I couldn’t fault a single thing with Emily’s hospitality and the flat itself. The flat is gorgeous, very clean and well kept with easy instructions to get into the building and how to use appliances around the flat, as well as some other useful information about what there is in the area to do and to eat and drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay again soon!😊 x

This was a perfect pick for us: close to family, Hampstead Heath and public transport, in a quiet neighbourhood and with all the amenities we could wish for. Wilder was responsive and helpful with excellent directions and a friendly approach. The flat itself was one of the quietest spots I've ever visited in London and backs on to a lovely private and green space. We'd highly recommend this spot and would love to stay again ourselves soon!

Josh’s apartment is a gem of a place. Great location - quiet tree lined residential lane, less than 2 mins to the underground station. Spacious- with lots of storage, plenty sunlight, a cute patio, comfortable bed and fantastic communication with the host team! Both Alejandra and Josh communicated promptly and genuinely. We got a warm welcome on arrival 🤗 - Alejandra was there to meet us during checkin and gave a tour of the place. We requested for an early check in, which was made possible. We were also able to store our luggage and collect them later before our flight back. The flexibility is hugely appreciated. Most importantly- it felt like we were staying at an old pal’s place in London. I will happily book josh’s apartment next visit. Thank you josh and Alejandra !

Conor's place is perfect for a home-away-from-home stay in London. So much nicer than a hotel. It has room to spread out, everything you need in the kitchen for some home cooked meals, and it is amazingly quiet. Conor was excellent to communicate with as well. We have already re-booked it for ourselves and recommended it to some friends.

We had a wonderful experience! Check in and check out was smooth. Emma was always attentive and very responsive. Great location and amenities. Beautiful stay and would return again in the future!

We stayed at Gerry’s apartment right after moving to London while waiting for our permanent apartment to become available. Gerry’s place is located two blocks from the Jubilee line tube, which was very convenient. The apartment worked great for me, my partner and our pets. It provided us with enough space and comfort to live for two weeks. There are some great walkable restaurants (sushi, Italian, etc). Gerry is extremely accommodating.

Wow! What a place! The apartment has incredible charm and warmth, with an awesome selection of books and original art filling the walls. Location is perfect, looking out on a peaceful pond of Hampstead Heath yet within close walking distance of loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and an M & S. It was generously stocked with coffee, tea, chocolate, spices, and a bottle of wine. Square footage is small but because of the massive windows, high ceilings, and great use of space, it feels light and airy and spacious. True, the bath situation isn't luxurious -- a toilet/shower room, like I've read about in British novels but never actually experienced -- but it works fine. Five stars is an understatement.

Spacious, comfortable property close to Highgate, Crouch End and Kentish Town, all walkable and well served by buses and the nearby Archway tube. The property is very quiet and peaceful though close to the busy Junction Road. The famous St John’s Tavern is a minute’s walk away at the end of the road - a great gastro pub, ideal for a superb meal or just a drink and some snacks. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay catching up with friends, is a lovely place and felt right at home. Sue & John were very responsive and great hosts. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Great apartment, one minute walk from Belsize Park tube station. Loads of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very comfy sofas and bed. Communication with Lisa was great

An absolutely gorgeous little cabin, beautifully designed with so much love, style, and attention to detail. Spotlessly clean and top quality throughout. Just a short stroll from Camden Market, but nicely tucked away from the noise and chaos, with a handy little shop and bike hire literally on the doorstep. Super easy self check-in and the warmest welcome from the lovely hosts, Leah and Katie. Thank you both so much! To be honest, it’s the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to share.

Jessie's place was the perfect home base for our trip to London to visit our daughter while she studied abroad. It was an easy commute to get to Central London . There were tons of great places to eat and the area was super walkable and easy to get around. The flat was quiet with plenty of space for ourselves and our younger daughter. Jessie was great with communication and helping us out with recommendations as well as flexible check in and check out times. We had a great time and would definitely love to stay here again.

Our stay at Alex's flat was perfect. It's exceptionally clean & comfortable, with modern appliances and appealing decor. My son, husband and I felt immediately at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & wake up with tea/coffee. I slept so well I was on English time immediately, something I've never experienced before. I've stayed in several parts of London, but will always try to come back to Hampstead. The scenic & well appointed village is a minute from the flat. Everything we needed was less than a 5 mins away, but the flat feels quiet & secluded despite this proximity. Overground & Underground stations are easy walks. We used both, but mostly just wanted to head back to Hampstead. Hampstead Heath is breathtaking. Being right next to it was very special. Alex is an exceptional host. His messages were so welcoming. Home instructions were well organized. Messages about check-in/out were timely & clear. He was very responsive & helpful. Thank you, Alex!

4th time I’ve stayed. Nice clean flat in superb location near Westbourne Grove, good pubs and coffee shops away from the bustle of Portobello Road but close enough by to wander over. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All in all a really good flat

We had a great time staying at Lesa's flat. The location was perfect, in close walking distance to all of the action of Camden and public transport. The flat was impeccably clean and the hosts were highly responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
