Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Higashisumiyoshi Ward

Pros: Fantastic Location, Great price, good spaced, and clean! only thing is for light sleepers, might find some trouble sleeping with noise from the road. near a hospital too so ambulance sometimes late at night. however, ear plugs provided helped me to sleep better at night.

A beautiful place that is just 1 minute from Dotonbori River, and few minutes away from all the lovely food at Dotonbori, and wonderful shopping in Shinsaibashi. The location of the Airbnb is also only less than 10 mins away from Namba station, which is wonderful as a base to all the different train lines you need to get to various places in Osaka, or even Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. The apartment is located one street away from the busy Glico running man, so it is quiet for a good rest, yet close enough to all the actions for food and shopping. It is well equipped for cooking and has ample spaces for our luggage and more than enough bedding for a family of 4. I would certainly say, this is definitely the best place to stay in terms of amendities it provide, and the wonderful location. And Yoshi-san is helpful, responsive and you can say I will certainly be back here when I am in Osaka in the near future! So look no further, book with ease!!!

Muneo-sans place was great exactly as described and a great value. Great guy, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone interested in staying in the area.

The place was well equipped, clean, in a great location near to a supermarket and convenience store. Short walk to a metro station and in a great area.

Overall, it's okay, but when we asked for the room number, they told us they weren't sure, but Airbnb already showed it, and then they confirmed it, and they told us it was inaccurate, but what Airbnb showed was accurate... this aspect is a bit perfunctory, but the rest is good.

This airBNB was truly a great way to experience Dotonbori! Very convenient for my party of 7. Location is excellent for eating and shopping. The rooms were clean, the host was very responsive. I can not say enough about the location. We were very happy with it. Transportation is very near by as well and makes it convenient to travel to other destinations.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing 2-wk stay at Xiaoyang’s apartment. The apartment was well appointed and very clean, with washing machine, dish drain (a surprising number of places don’t supply one!), and space to spread out and relax. Although there were plenty of guests in the other units in the building, the apartment itself was well insulated and very quiet. The one minor difficulty we had was safely navigating the 12 min walk down the narrow and busy (with cars, bicycles, and lots of tourists) streets to the Nippombashi Metro station.

Tatsu’s place was very beautiful and modern. It was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need! Tatsu was also very friendly! We look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended ❤️

Will’s place was by far our favorite in Japan! The location was perfect, super close to the train, restaurants and grocery store. Will even went out of his way to check us in himself and give us a tour which we really appreciated, he even stocked the fridge with some welcome treats! The house has everything you need all you have to do is bring your clothes. It was the cleanest place we stayed in which is important for us because we were traveling with kids. Thank you Will for an amazing stay and we look forward to booking your home again :)

The homestay has a great location, just a five-minute walk from the train station, and the environment is also quiet.The house is clean and well equipped, there are no shortcomings, it would be better if there were two showers.In addition, the house owner's response was very quick, and they tried to help us with some extra requests.We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

Nice clean house tucked in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to a couple stations so it was easy to get around the city. The host is nice and responsive. Our group had a great stay here!

Would definitely come back to stay if I ever visit Osaka again. Chad was very helpful and responsive and even though we had so many questions and requests, he would actively respond and tried his best with all that was asked. The area is very convenient with a lovely yummy yakitori right at the end of the street and supermarket and convenience stores all around the area. Loved my stay a Taki's place. Was greeted and given clear insturctions and helpful recommendations. Location was perfect and near to subway station. Quiet and very well appointed home. We would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting the Osaka area.

Recommend. Easy to find and close to Doubutsuen-mae station. Transport hub - Tennoji is just 10-minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. All tidy and clean. Rina is very considerable and helpful. Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

Great apartment to stay at in Osaka! Within walking distance to Dotonbori, still quiet/peaceful for rest. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of towels. Great, responsive, helpful host. Only few drawbacks is lack of storage space (limited closets) and having to share one bathroom/toilet. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again in the future!

Stayed here for 5 days with your parents and we all felt it was a very satisfying house.It is as spacious, beautiful and clean as described, with thoughtful touches.The neighborhood is quiet, and it is only a few minutes away from Tengachaya Station by walking, and it is very convenient to go everywhere, and our early flight to the airport on the last day went very smoothly.Around this area you can find a very, very delicious breakfast shop and canteen, as well as two large supermarkets and many pharmacy convenience stores, etc., all in all it is an ideal place to live.The housekeeper response here was always very timely as well and we had a lovely 5 days here.In every way, it really is a perfect place to stay if it's three or four people to get around.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Sakura’s apartment was amazing. Everything was perfect and her hospitality was top notch. They included lovely little snacks/drinks, and cards to use at the 7-11, and the futons were already set up for my kids upon arrival. The location cannot be beat! We would definitely come back!

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!
