Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the cottage in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and a good atmosphere are key elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high attics, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen and living room with sofa. Outside there is a 105 m2 terrace, a large table and a barbecue. The house can accommodate up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our apple of our eye, which we like to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our little gem.

Bring the whole family to this great place. Here is the setting for a lovely vacation for family and friends. Walking distance to the beach, delicious ice cream shop, take away, mini golf, tennis, paddle tennis court and Brugsen. If you want to go out to eat, a visit to Billes or Madam Blue is recommended. Djurs Sommerland, Lübker golf and Kattegatcentret are close by. Feel free to ask for a special price for a weekend stay with arrival on Friday or Sunday. - During the summer holidays, however, the changeover day is Saturday

Unique home with stunning views of the ocean. The home is brand new from 2025/26 and is really well insulated and with a heat pump. So even in the freezing weather, it's warm and comfortable to be in. The home is small and absolutely ideal for the couple who want a unique experience together, or for the small family (Recommended max 2 adults). The large north-facing windows offer a fantastic view of the ocean 🌞🌞 For the house is a 2-person kayak with life jackets.
