Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Gästeapartment Altertheim

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Perfect for cyclists (but it is necessary to climb our mountain) or visitors to the beautiful city of Würzburg /hikers who want to roam the surrounding vineyards. 1.40 bed + 1.20 sofa bed with topper. Baby equipment on request. The apartment is new + fully equipped. Tips regarding restaurant/breakfast are of course also available on request :-) Large parking right outside the door. Storage for bicycles is also available on request.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The apartment is over 80 square meters and is located right in the center of Würzburg. The main train station is 500 meters away. The shopping mile is right outside the door. All attractions can be easily reached on foot or by tram. Various clubs and pubs are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a spacious hallway.

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike ride on the Mainradweg. You can get a refreshing drink from the TV with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook yourself or let yourself be pampered by the Italian, Indian or Turkish on site.

Ceiling fans provide a feel-good climate, so our guest has a pleasant stay even in summer temperatures. A large covered balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the view of the Main Valley.
