My approx. 115 sqm large house is quietly located, without transit traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly business opportunities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir,... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
