We very much enjoyed our stay , the apartment is very cozy , we would stay again without a problem , especially because it is a pet friendly place, our dog enjoys the spectacular view, and we are happy , the area and the depa were very recommended, there was only a small detail that we did not instantly or rather notice when we realized that in the apartment there were no towels and blankets (as we did not need we did not need to notify María Alejandra ) but outside that everything was excellent !! We would definitely stay again as it is a very cozy place 🤩👍👍👍

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend the accommodation, the subdivision is super quiet and with the amenities of the Oxxo, gym, pool and lake, the super incredible view of the lake, everything is very comfortable, Raul is always attentive to us and with very clear directions. What a beautiful place to stay in Boca Del Rio! Walking distance to the beach. Simple cab ride to downtown. Julio is a great host! Very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!!!

Excellent place to rest, good location, the view is very nice, the only detail was the access to the apartment since the elevator does not work and the accommodation is on the 7th floor.

The fractionation has a lot of security which gives you confidence, the house is excellent from the bedrooms with full bathroom each and air conditioning, kitchen with utensils, living room with air conditioning, cable TV and large screen and the pool is formidable of good size for children and the water for the type of weather is warm. The Mata beach of Uva is a 15-minute drive away and the waves are very quiet. Patricia and Rafael as hosts were always attentive and were quick to answer if they had any questions. I would 100% recommend the house, I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

Excellent accommodation, perfect for feeling at home, very well-kept and modern. It's the second time I've stayed there and everything was perfect. You hardly need to communicate with the host. We had a great time. I highly recommend it 🫶🏻
