Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

The pool was spacious and super fun, but my favorite part was all of the different wildlife in the area. The property is up against what looks like a protected forest area. Waking up with my morning coffee to sand hill cranes and turkeys that come right up to the screened in lanai has made this Airbnb by far my favorite! The home is super spacious inside, the hosts are very responsive and you can tell the cleaners take extra time between guests to make sure everything is spotless. I was really impressed.

Matthew’s listing was perfect for a short get away. He was an excellent host and very responsive. The house was spotless and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The full size washer and dryer were appreciated after beach days. It’s super close to Buccaneer Bay, Roger’s Park, and Pine Island. It’s right behind a Publix in a quiet neighborhood. Dunkin’ Donuts is 0.5 miles away and lots of major restaurants are close by on Cortez Blvd. Great location for a great price!
