A nice and cozy apartment, we felt very comfortable!

This was the second time we stayed at Elena's flat. It was spotlessly clean as always. For us the location is ideal for a family visit. There are nice cafés nearby and it is only a short walk into the city centre. On our next trip to Bielefeld, we'll definitely stay here again.

I immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Thomas and Anja! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main train station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning/ vacuum cleaner was also available if you want to clean in between. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a big closet!) The location is quiet but super convenient: in 5 min walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

We had a wonderful stay at Miriam’s lovely home. Decorated with great attention to detail, super comfortable and with beautiful surroundings. Certainly the best place to stay if you are in this part of the country!

We had an all-around pleasant stay at Vanessa's! The apartment was very well furnished – it really lacked nothing and you can tell that attention to detail was paid here. The location is also great – well connected in terms of transport and yet quiet enough to relax. Vanessa herself was incredibly warm, courteous and always helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Ullrich and Anne's. The host was very proactive and communicative and was kind enough to be in touch with us over the telephone, and even picked us up by car from the local train station, saving us a roughly 25-min uphill walk. He even offered to take us grocery shopping for the duration of our stay, having arrived in the evening. The apartment itself was lovely, extremely well-equipped and had more than one would expect at the standard Airbnb in big cities these days. There was a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with a high-end cooker, oven and dishwasher. The living area was ample, yet cosy, with a nice music system. It was also very clean. We felt very at home and it was lovely to spend the summer solstice there. The apartment itself is surrounded by a lot of green and was pleasant to walk to and from. Forested paths take one to the station and supermarkets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we returned to the area. Thank you!

Maria's place is really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Felt right at home upon arrival. Was greeted and shown around upon arrival and Marina was on hand for any enquiries we had 😊 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes being outdoors due to its location right besides a huge woodland. After 2023, we were finally in this wonderful house for the second time, where you can feel the spirit of over 300 years. We - and also the children - felt absolutely comfortable. To avoid writing too much, here is a brief list of the many highlights: - Very high-quality and well thought-out equipment - Great room layout and perfectly restored original timber-framed style - wonderfully close to nature with river access on the property. You can observe rare birds, deer and raccoons and enjoy almost untouched nature - calm and friendly neighbourhood - A perfect place to leave the stress of the big city behind - The stunning Externsteine are very close In short: A perfect place!

The apartment is completely beautiful! Modern and high-quality furnishings and it has everything you need. Markus and his family are very nice and hospitable, so we felt completely comfortable during our short vacation in Detmold. We will be happy to come back! P.S.: The only challenge to the location is the extremely steep approach by car (steepest road Detmolds), which is certainly not for everyone (but the courage is rewarded with a fantastic view😉).

The pool table was a winner. The biggest disadvantage was that it was spread over 2 floors and the upper floor was not accessible by wheelchair. The downstairs toilet was also cramped, as were some doors due to wheelchair accessibility. We greatly appreciated having a little more time to check out. Also the very complete equipment of kitchen was great. Thank you

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy, there is plenty of space and a pretty garden. The communication was uncomplicated and friendly and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is great. Everything was very clean and tidy. Great atmosphere. Host Kai very friendly and immediately very helpful with any question.

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing, on the contrary, even coffee and tea or some things you need in the bathroom. In the apartment, you immediately forget that you are in a backyard area. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV or chill out. We found the beds excellent. For a strong body, the shower could be a little bigger, but you can manage and everything works. In any case, we felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Such a clean and well-equipped apartment can rarely be found. The only downside is perhaps the lack of parking directly in front of the apartment, but we were able to find a parking space just under 100 m away to bring the luggage from there to the apartment on a comfortable footpath. That went really well and the specified parking garage is great and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and cheap.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates in a very friendly and responsive manner. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very practical because you don't have to hand over keys :-)
