Centrally and peacefully located; 7 min walk from big market, 5 min from cafes and restaurants, 3 min from "Sluispark", 1 min from supermarket and 15 min from Leuven station.

We are renting out our peaceful and centrally-located, spacious room/studio with a 140 cm bed, a desk, and a kitchenette on the first floor of our typical 19th century Leuven city house. Freshly renovated and with its own private bathroom, and with sunlight from the south. The access through the landing is separate, just like the bathroom, so lots of privacy. Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

During your stay at Casa Frambosia you can relax thanks to the spacious accommodation in a green environment. The Casa is well located for tourist or cultural excursions in Leuven, Mechelen, Brussels, Hasselt .... or to enjoy cycling and walking routes from the front door.
