Beautiful home right in the middle of the dipsea trail stairs - go up the stairs to reach great hiking trails, down the stairs for great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy home, responsive and friendly hosts. Be aware of the somewhat challenging parking - bring the small car. Absolutely worth it, we’d love to come back!

We stay in airbnbs for work travel almost monthly. This is by far the most special house. The beds are so comfortable! That is a rarity. It's a fun house with tons of games and a great yard. I can't say enough about how great this house is. You can tell from the start how much the host puts into making sure his guests have a great time.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

A picturesque getaway! The property was so beautiful, the house was charming and laid out perfectly for multiple guests. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Sonoma. Highly recommend!

Our family absolutely loved this home. The beds were comfy and gave us rest after busy days in the Bay. The host was responsive. Check-in instructions were easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would love to stay here again during future Bay visits.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

Wow, wow, wow! We cannot say enough about how incredible this stay was. The setting is even more beautiful than the pictures, host & property manager are helpful & responsive, & amenities were great! In addition to the stunning home, it has everything you could possibly need. As an added bonus, beds were so comfy & luxurious. Cannot recommend enough!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

This house was great. We hosted 9 people from three generations. One couple with a 6-month old were in the master. Grandparents were in another first-floor bedroom. Another couple with two boys ages 3 and 5 were upstairs. We rented in mid-April and were worried the pool would be really cold. The hot tub warmed up really fast and the pool was tolerable in the afternoon heat. The house is right on the road and we never heard cars at night while the kids were sleeping. The property is huge. The 3 and 5 year-old boys loved playing in the backyard and everyone loved the pool/hot tub. The hardwood stairs to the upstairs would be challenging for a child under 2 yrs old. This was a great house to rent for a large group.

I found Jenni's home when I was looking for something adequate for 5 adults. We slept very comfortably in the three bedrooms and having two full bathrooms was great. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared some of our meals there. The grill, pool, and patio space was an extra bonus for us which we enjoyed lots. So fun. Her home is full of light, creatively decorated and a fun space to be in. Large dining room table with comfortable chairs for six. Also lots of comfy patio furniture and umbrellas for enjoying outside time. Would love to go back sometime.

Tara’s place is the perfect perch, nestled in the Berkeley Hills: enough space for a couple to cook, sleep, and get ready. It was a serene, relaxing place with just the right thoughtful touches. Tara was super responsive and even left us the sweetest take-home: a bouquet of rosemary! 😍

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Lindi sehr genossen. Die Location ist perfekt gelegen für einen Abstecher nach San Francisco - super nah an der Bart Station und die Nachbarschaft fühlt sich sicher an. Auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und viele Restaurants. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es ist schwer, sich bei Lindi (so eine liebe und herzliche Gastgeberin!) nicht wie Zuhause zu fühlen.

This is our 3rd year staying at one of the hosts locations and it once again did not disappoint. The downstairs unit is super cute and was super homey. Raina is always super flexible with check in when she is able to and makes the stay even better. It’s close to Napa which was perfect for why we were here. Once again loved staying here.

This place is really special! Enjoy the beautiful, private garden, but be sure to have a bird book handy, many birds come to drink in the fountain. The apartment is gorgeous, we felt right at home. Everywhere you look is museum quality art. We loved the Buddha next to the kitchen and the Bodhisattva in the garden. Everything we needed in the kitchen was right where it should be. Great stereo system and killer CD collection (we enjoyed all of the John Coltrane!). The fridge is on the small side but we made it work. Apart from a fussy lockbox for the key (we finally sorted it out), the place is super comfortable and close to perfect. I don't think you will find anything nicer in the Berkeley hills. We will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved staying at Brian and Hannah’s Victorian home! The property is charming from arrival, with pink trim and blue staircase, and outdoor seating area visible upon entering the gate. We loved all of the nods to the history of the home while enjoying the modern fixtures, appliances and furnishings. Brian and Hannah provided welcomed suggestions for nearby, walkable eateries and entertainment, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Crockett. They are extremely communicative and responsive hosts. We look forward to future visits to this delightful property.

Absolutely delightful stay at Eric and Barb's Guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The guesthouse itself is charming, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made my visit incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Petaluma and the surrounding Sonoma County. Eric and Barb are wonderful hosts – so welcoming, communicative, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had a fantastic experience. I especially loved the garden area, a peaceful oasis in an amazing neighborhood. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend the Guesthouse to anyone looking for a cozy Petaluma getaway!

Cara's place was perfect! It's in a beautiful spot in the Berkeley hills. The apartment is spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen was (more than!) fully stocked and the apartment had anything one could need. Cara provided useful detailed instructions about the apartment and was around in case anything came up. I loved my stay and hope to be back sometime soon!
