Waterfront holiday rentals in Herceg Novi Municipality

Bojana was an extremely happy and smiley host who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our stay was short and sweet and the room was a perfect base en route to Perast. Air con worked great, bathroom and bedroom super clean and tidy. Parking on site too right next to the beach! Thanks so much. ☺️

У квартирі є все що необхідно і навіть більше ніж ми могли розраховувати. Окремого відгуку вартує веранда з видом на море, гамаком і дуже зручним столом. Однозначно рекомендую дане помешкання

Really nice stay. Everything was excellent,great view,very clean spacious apartment. Sea with bathing just a short walk. Good restaurants. Sanja was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again if I get the chance.

The house (an annexe to John's farm house) was stunningly beautiful - with Ivy growing up the walls and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. John extremely generously provided us with the ingredients to cook a full Irish Breakfast for our two mornings there, including eggs from his own chickens

Bazı yerlerde yollar çok dar, büyük araçla sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz.

Every time I come back it feels like I’ve arrived home. Darko’s hospitality and professionalism are second to none. Airport transfers, boat tour, restaurant recommendations - he does it all. The place was pristine, well maintained, peaceful and quiet. Walkable to supermarket, restaurants, and local attractions. I definitely recommend to stay at this location

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

Beautiful spot, easy access to the beach and very helpful and friendly hosts. The apartment had everything we needed to have a nice and relaxing holidays.

Séjour de 4 nuits . Premier contact avec le Monténégro. Séjour enchanteur. Villa spacieuse, bien aménagée et surtout une terrasse où prendre le P’tit déj, tous les repas en fait , avec une vue magnifique, nuit et jour, loin des côtes surpeuplées et bruyantes dans un cadre résidentiel de villas, verdoyant et fleuri. Un vaste garage fermé à quelques mètres de là. Accueil chaleureux en dépit de notre retard (longue attente à la douane) . Nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux d’accueil, (une bonne bouteille de vin du pays, les petits gâteaux locaux ).

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Sean is very attentive and informative. Easy check in and check out. The apartment has spectacular views. İt is brand new with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Few minute walk to the beach and marina. I recommend this place!

İhtiyacımız olabilecek her şey eksiksizdi. Ev sahibimiz ise sıcakkanlılığı ve yardımseverliğiyle bu deneyimi daha da özel kıldı. Buradan ayrılmak zor ama tesellimiz; kesinlikle yeniden geleceğiz!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Simple but very nice apartment with balcony and terrace in a perfect location, literally 15 steps away from the water of the bay and with a spectacular view. The location in Rose is fabulous. Vijera is very helpful and friendly and always good to reach. Rose is a perfect place to relax and to escape a bit from the crowds in Herceg Novi. We stayed there 7 days and loved it! Thank you!

The apartment is in an ideal location, a 5-minute-walk from a great beach, with access to shops on the coastline and 20 minutes away from Herceg Novi Old Town(and shopping centres). Travel agencies both along the coastline and in the old town, on the Herceg Novi beach “Petar Boats” with bost excursions to Blue Caves, Kotor and Our Lady of the Rocks.. Buses N 1, 2 run every half hour. The bus stop is nearby. The apartments themselves are in Scandinavian style, with good furniture, neat and clean. There is everything you might need for a vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shower, a washing machine, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a comfortable sofa bed,conditioner a And, most importantly, a balcony with a stunning view of the sea, mountains and ships. We highly recommend these apartments. To find the apartment is easier to find Perla Hotel, from there apartments are nearby.
