The location is more than perfect, the house was welcoming and comfortable, lots of cozy spots to relax and enjoy the views

Beautiful location, the house is more beautiful and spacious than on the pictures shown. The views are stunning and the animals from the neighbours around are a nice plus. We loved our stay.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

The house was perfect for us. The outside was the absolute highlight: good dining table under a fully shady tree with a spectacular view down the hill to the sea. Easy walk into town and the beach, a lot of stairs so can avoid roads. The chain of beaches are very nicely laid out, water is deep, clean and wonderful. Back to the house: good kitchen, very easy to cook (sharp knives!). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well laid out bathrooms. Immediately felt at home. That includes the welcome from a small yet attentive group of neighbourhood cats No qualms returning. Zero negatives.

Highly recommended. Amazing see view which makes you want to discover surrounding areas! Villa is so quiet too! Makes you forget constant noise and buzz of the French Riviera. I only stopped between Dubrovnik and Kotor. I wish I stayed longer! Location is perfect to visit Kotor and the Montenegrin riviera. But believe me you will like to enjoy the villa to the cord! Swimming pool + table tennis + basketball what else…! Yet so close to lovely HN and it’s many restaurants 👍

This house is perfect! It is modern, well maintained, and has everything you may need during your stay. It’s right on the water, with perfect views, and walking distance from a nice little store and a Mediterranean restaurant. The host is very helpful and responsive. We loved our time there. Looking forward to coming back!

The stay at Villa Moj Mir was perfect. We stayed with a group of friends in the lovely apartments. Everything you need is there including the outstanding pool which was very nice to cool down during the hot days. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice to have some airco's in the living room. Tamara was a perfect host and made us feel at home. She was always available and answered all our questions and helped with translations etc. Thank you for a perfect stay in Montenegro!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is spotless and fully equipted, Huge living room and ensuite bedrooms. Quiet with no neighbors. Private swimming pool. Close to the sea. The owner is incredibly friendly. The best holiday experience ever. I highly recommend this house for your next travel adventure! Worth every single euro we have paid for. We are really grateful to everyone who made our stay so incredible. Thank you!

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

Very good stay, nice accommodation and good location. A little difficult to park at first but very good communication with hosts:)

It is the beautiful appartment near water. Positive: 1 Location. All interesting places are near. 2 You can light candles in fireplace. 3 The apartment has everything you need to stay. 4 You can hear sound of sea in apartment if you want. Negative: 1 One night we were disturbed by sounds from a restaurant nearby.

Super well located apartment with beautiful views of the bay. The accommodation is super well equipped, there is enough to cook and everything was clean, we only had to buy toilet paper because we were there for a week and dishwasher tablets otherwise everything is on site. The view is splendid and you sleep well there. A small dispute at the end of the stay but settled amicably a few hours later.

Our stay started with a warm welcome from Biljana and her husband as we arrived - we’d been travelling around Montenegro for 1.5 weeks and it was like entering an oasis of calm - a beautiful pool area with sunset views, home cooking and the hills and olive trees all around. Just 15 mins drive to some great beach restaurants for lunch. The accommodation was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. A really special place!

Apartment and the view is much better in real life

We travelled with two adults and a child (2,5 years old). We had a fantastic time! The flate is cosy and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Drago helped us out when we had questions, put a childs bed in the sleeping room and picked us from the airport (also having a childs seat for the car). We enjoyed the quite beach side which is not far. The close bakery has great chocolate croissants. We highly recommend the stay in Bijela and especially with Drago.

Very nice welcome with flowers everywhere. Also very thoughtful to have a wash tab for the washing machine. Everything seemed super clean and new! The location in the middle of the peninsula was super for us, lots of beautiful beaches. The only downside was a bit the heat in the night, even though they had an Air Condition in the floor the bedroom stayed quite hot. All in all a wonderful place and we would recommend it.

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

An absolutely amazing house, beautiful and situated in a very nice calm village. Stunning seaview, a nice infinity pool and a restaurant plus a sea swimming possibility directly downstairs. Lisa and John were very kind and helpful.

My favourite holiday rental, ever!! A perfect house in a perfect location. Sun, clean sea (not too chilly), two fabulous restaurants just along the quay and the possibility of reasonably priced boat trips from just outside. Sladjana was a great host: very responsive, informative and kind, and Vesna, the property manager, was as helpful as could be, always going the extra mile. Thank you, both, my party of eight had a wonderful time in Rose.Truly five star😀

Svetlana's AirBnb is absolutely amazing. It has some of the most magnificent views that we have ever seen (from the porches of two of the bedrooms you have a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains beyond). The pool is wonderful and there is a sauna and shower nearby for changing. In addition to the spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen, there is a separate small glass-enclosed enclosed gazebo\house that has a kitchen, a comfortable couch and a wonderful fireplace. For those who come with young children, there is a terrific play area for children (including a playhouse) and the pool has a shallow end for children. Svetlana was terrific and responsive to our requests and really helped us out when we had an issue unrelated to the rental. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable AirBnb.

Staying at Sinisas apartment was great. The views were beautiful and it was nice and quiet neighbourhood! Sinisa was so helpful and responsive, a great host! Definitely recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Herceg Novi🤩

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

Just to echo what all other reviewers have said about this beautiful property. The house not only looks good in the photos it is an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything is spotless, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is full of all the kit you might need to make self catering very easy, nice toietries and robes in the bathrooms. The pool is divine, picture pefect, complete with swallows swooping in for a drink from time to time. The host was the 'perfect host'. We arrived a little earlier than the official check in which was accommodated, we had a couple of messages just checking everything was ok at the villa (which it was) but we never at any time felt the contact was too much. Our stay was absolutely faultless and I am not that easily pleased!
