We stayed here as a group of 8 for about a week and had a great time. Đorđe and his family are excellent hosts who make you feel welcome and are always there to help. Nevertheless, our stay in the apartment and the beautiful garden felt very private. Apart from the somewhat limited kitchen equipment, everything was perfect and we would definitely return someday.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Se réveiller le matin avec cette vue sensationnelle sur la mer est un vrai régal et de surcroît dans un environnement paisible et calme. Villa moderne avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine à débordement. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque : barbecue à proximité de la piscine, climatisation pour passer des nuits fraîches et très bien située pour visiter la baie de Kotor et ses nombreux villages. Wir haben die Zeit bei Dusan und Nelly sehr genossen. Sie sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber! Beide waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine besondere Überraschung war der Geburtstagskuchen für unsere Mädels. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist neu, durchdacht und hochwertig. Sehr hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war ebenfalls Traum! Und der Pool wurde von den Mädels sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die liebevolle und persönliche Gestaltung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vi hadde et perfekt opphold som svarte til våre forventninger. Flott, modernisert villa i et rolig nabolag. 30 minutter gangavstand til Stari Grad og promenade.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

Na czas wakacyjnych podróży wybieramy za każdym razem noclegi w nowym miejscu. I tym razem mieliśmy niesamowite szczęście trafić na gospodarzy i do domu, do którego chętnie kiedyś wrócimy. Określenie, że "czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu"wszystko tłumaczy. Nasza 5-osobowa rodzina (rodzice + 3 dzieci) spędziła bezproblemowo w wygodych, domowych warunkach 2 tygodnie wakacji. Serdeczny kontakt z gospodarzami, troska z ich strony o wszytko co niezbędne dla wygodnego pobytu. Z tarasu rozpościerał się przepiękny widok na okolicę, doskonałe miejce do wypoczynku, wspólnych rodzinnych gier, niezapomniane towarzystwo 6 kotków:) Szybkie Wifi, wydajna klimatyzacja, pralka, żelazko. Okolica zachęcała do spacerów, około 25 minut pieszo do centrum Zeleniki, nad morze, restauracji, sklepów... Uwaga dla kierowców: ostatnie kilkaset metrów drogi dojazdowej do miejca zakwaterowania jest typowe dla tego regionu: stromo, wąsko i kręto. Na drodze dwukierunkowej mieści się tylko jeden samochód. У нас был замечательный отдых в доме Энн. Он очень удачно расположен в небольшой деревне - всего 10 минут на машине от паромной переправы, и вы окажитесь в этом уединенном и живописном месте. В доме есть все для комфортного длительного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающий сад - очень уютно сидеть с бокалом вина под виноградными лозами. От дома начинаются пешие маршруты с видом на Которскую бухту. В тоже время, чтобы оказаться в ресторане или на пляже вам достаточно всего 10 минут на машине. Отличное место для отдыха!

Tanıdığımız en misafirperver ve dost canlısı ev sahibi oldu. Hem bizi çeşitli ikramlarla karşıladı hem de gün içinde ziyaretlerde bulunup ihtiyaçlar konusunda yardımcı oldu. Arabanız mevcut ve konum size uygunsa kesinlikle tercih etmeye değer bir seçenektir.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

The house was perfect for us. The outside was the absolute highlight: good dining table under a fully shady tree with a spectacular view down the hill to the sea. Easy walk into town and the beach, a lot of stairs so can avoid roads. The chain of beaches are very nicely laid out, water is deep, clean and wonderful. Back to the house: good kitchen, very easy to cook (sharp knives!). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well laid out bathrooms. Immediately felt at home. That includes the welcome from a small yet attentive group of neighbourhood cats No qualms returning. Zero negatives.

Wir waren im November dort und haben nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, bei welcher wir uns Indoor wie Outdoor wohl fühlen können. Das war hier der Fall. Wichtig zu Wissen für Gäste mit Hund: Der Garten ist eingezäunt, aber in diesem Bereich steht noch ein weiteres Haus. Wie überall in Montenegro leben auch in diesem Garten viele Katzen, welche aber an Hunde gewöhnt sind.

It was a wonderful time. Though I would like to mention several details for the next guests: - is located quite far away from the beaches, it takes about 25 minutes to go to the house from the nearest beach. We considered this as an exercise so it worked well for us. - There is only one A/C in the living room. - There’s only one bedroom. The host was very welcoming, and helped with anything that we asked for.

Since I was a child I wanted to go on vacation somewhere where I have both mountains and sea, because I love them both. Here, at Savo's location, you have these things and even more, a fantastic view of a fjord. You read that right, a fjord, because that's what the Bay of Kotor is. The location is wonderful and the apartment makes you feel at home. I know that maybe for some people the beach or the supermarket seem a bit far, but if you chose this location it means that you have a car. In the end it was a very successful vacation and for this we thank Savo very much!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandr's place - it was perfect for the needs of my wife and 2 of our (teenage) sons. The house itself is pleasant and cool such that we hardly needed the airconditioning. The views over the bay (from both balconies) are endlessly diverting and are also a great place to eat although we mostly enjoyed the many nearby eateries and street food. Our boys also enjoyed having the gym and table tennis and the pool for late night cooling off. Mostly, we swam at the beach club directly down from the villa (literally 2 minutes although maybe a bit more coming back up Herceg's famous steps!). The beautiful old town is also a few minutes walk away, it is exceptionally beautiful and we also stumbled across various cultural events including a lovely classical guitar concert and a rendition of folk singing/dancing. The bus station is also close by and our trip to Kotor round the coast was unforgettable in terms both of the views on the way and the city itself. Mostly, however, we stuck to Herceg (no need to hire a car) also visiting the various fortresses and making nightly walks along the coastal promenade. All in all, a great Airbnb in a great position!

Хорошие чистые апартаменты со всеми удобствами в чудесном, спокойном месте. Подходит для тех, кто ищет покоя, уединения и релакса! Между тем расположение на горке это отличная и ненавязчивая зарядка для тела по пути к морю и обратно 😁. Есть все, что нужно для спокойного отдыха. Доступность магазинов, туристических мест и красоты страны - без проблем на авто, правда из за ремонта дорог, на Будву и Тиват пробки. Говорят скоро сделают! Отзывчивость и неравнодушие хозяев достойна высшей похвалы! Спасибо Алена и Валера за мой дивный отпуск и конечно же, до встречи!

Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, man hört morgens den Gockel in der Nachbarschaft - herrlich! Wir wurden von Lisa empfangen und betreut - eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Person. Sie hat uns mit guten Infos versorgt und die wenige Fragen die ich hatte wurden schnell beantwortet. Uns hat es in der Küche und in dem gesamten Haus an nichts gefehlt. Das nächste Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind ca. 15 min Autofahrt entfernt, der nächste Strand ist auch in etwa so weit. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Montenegro verbracht. Danke Raymond! Vielen lieben Dank Lisa!
