The holiday home stands at 600 m above sea level and is peaceful and quiet, allowing you to immerse in untouched nature. All the rooms have a mountain view. The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a kitchen, balcony and a bathroom.
