Villa holiday rentals in Herceg Novi

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

My favourite holiday rental, ever!! A perfect house in a perfect location. Sun, clean sea (not too chilly), two fabulous restaurants just along the quay and the possibility of reasonably priced boat trips from just outside. Sladjana was a great host: very responsive, informative and kind, and Vesna, the property manager, was as helpful as could be, always going the extra mile. Thank you, both, my party of eight had a wonderful time in Rose.Truly five star😀

We have enjoyed our stay at Janja’s place…the location was perfect to reach old town, the home was very clean and cozy.. Janja was very friendly and communication was very easy and delightful…Highly Recommended..

Absolutely loved our stay at Alma’s place. The views were stunning and the whole space felt calm and peaceful. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The setting was so tranquil, it instantly made us feel at ease. Thank you for creating such a lovely space, we’d definitely love to return.

Branislav has been a fantastic host. The place was lovely and had all the amenities listed and was a clean and beautiful house. We were a 10 second walk from the beach which is gorgeous and has amazing views of the mountains and the lake which is amazing to swim in. It was quiet and private, and just down the road is a little shop with basic necessities. The community is local and very kind and welcoming and there are restaurants close by. There is a bus stop a minute walk from the house and busses that go to Kotor every hour. Branislav responded quickly to questions about busses, food and activity recommendations, and questions about the property. He let us check in early because of our flight with no issues and has since offered to send something I left. He helped us book an early taxi to the airport when we left and the process of checking in and out was very simple. All together we had a fantastic week in a beautiful location and I recommend this air BnB to everyone.

Nenad’s villa is perfect. We had a lovely week away, the heated pool ment we could enjoy it despite the mixed weather we had during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, we self catered eating in most meals and enjoyed cooking and dining outside. Beds were comfy as was the sofa for nights curled up reading after the sun have gone down.

Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Everything was great. The sea is nearby, everything you need is in the house and in the kitchen. Very friendly hosts.

We had an amazing stay at Zeljko's house! Recommend renting a car to go on beautiful excursions and because the house is not within walking distance from the shop. The house was exactly as pictured with a lovely nature all around. We got quick responses from the host and great recommendations. We had amazing evenings in the pool with the sunset! Highly recommend this home!

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

Velibor met us and showed us around the beautiful, architecturally-led villa. It was obvious he had designed the renovation himself and thought of every detail to make things aesthetically and functionally perfect. The villa is ‘upside-down’ style with the lounge area on the first floor with terrace and balcony on either side so you can enjoy morning and evening sun outside while enjoying the scenery. We loved the small kitchenette in the lounge with its own coffee machine! (To match the one in the downstairs kitchen!) The en-suites are fabulous as are the extensive wardrobe and dressing areas. We loved the soft towels, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and utility room downstairs which was great. The infinity pool area is fantastic with thoughtful planting and sun loungers for everyone. We could not fault the villa and its location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and Porto Montenegro. We are hoping to return again soon

Our stay at Rafo’s was one of the best we’ve had. The villa is beautiful, private and in a very scenic location. Rafo was so friendly and responsive to any questions we had about the villa or the area. We rented a car from Dubrovnik airport to get around based on Rafo’s recommendation and this was the best thing we could’ve done as it made getting around very easy. We would also recommend visiting Rafo’s winery just a couple minutes walk from the villa. Thanks again to Rafo for helping us have a great holiday, and we hope to be back!

Me and my family had an amazing stay🤩 The first impression was even better than I imagined - the pool was clean and area around the villa was very nice, full of plants and flowers🪴 The villa was tidy and smelled very nice inside. We had everything we needed, it was great to be able to have BBQ evenings. Adam is friendly and always tried to help us with everything! 🌞💯 Highly recommended for everyone who wants a private and peaceful space with family or friends🤌🏼

Ivana's place is totally awesome, and was perfect for just relaxing with my family. We ordered the chef which was a fantastic experience, she cooked a whole lamb on the stick (Montenegrin style) which just blew our mind away . . . The villa is in a fantastic setting and all rooms overlook the spectacular sea view. The pool was amazing and kids loved it. The style of the interior was very original and unique. Only one thing we regret is not booking it for longer. but we will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for your superb hospitality.
