Excellent apartments in a nice little town 20 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. Nearby is the central street with beautiful bakeries and nice cafes. Everything matched the description, snow-white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy as home. Quick communication with the host.

Definitely will be recommend the place. Vladimir is so responsive when communicating. The place is easy access and secured. During our stay, when we are going to get in train station there is a man always asking for a euro. My kids got scared. Anyway, the place, I can’t complain as it is so clean. Worth coming back.

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

A beautiful apartment, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is also well located, with public transport nearby. Very quiet and safe place. The house is large and close to a large market (20-minute walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house that takes you to the main train stations. Easy to make check in. Sofiane responded quickly to all messages. The stay was excellent overall. Only three things bothered us (and I think it is necessary to warn the next residents): the house is clean but the building is not clean and so there are many cockroaches that enter the house. Basic products such as dish soap, laundry detergent, seasonings (only salt), toilet paper (only one for 30 days) were not provided. It was the first Airbnb that did not provide these items (I had to pay for the bath gel and shampoo, which were the only ones provided afterwards). Finally, a heater is advertised in the house but we were informed that it only works in winter, but in other seasons it is very cold at night and the duvet is thin (we had to sleep in thick clothes).

Matthieu gave us the very clear instructions for access to the accommodation. We met him one morning and told him about the small defective handle of the shower with our agreement in the afternoon even he did the necessary offering us a bottle of red wine for the inconvenience. Very responsive, and very helpful, we are delighted with our stay.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Lovely apartment in safe area of Paris a short walk to Arc de Triomphe. Apartment was beautifully furnished with all amenities needed- soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, nice towels and linens. Beds comfortable with nice pillows and linens. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very good communicators. Would book with them again.

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
