Cozy and charming lower level. Beautiful view of the lake - including swans - with a path down the hill to the dock! Easy to get to the highway to go wherever we wanted to. Great recommendations for places to go and to eat.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Chad’s place to others. The bed was super comfortable and the location was close to cute cafes and a walking path leading to the river / dt.

This house was perfect for a family of four with enough space for family time and alone time for anyone needing a nook of office space to get some work done. The beds were also very comfortable. We will stay here again if we are ever in the cities. Blessings!

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it! It’s a cute little place with a cozy feel and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which we appreciated. While it was a tiny bit dusty and not spotless, it wasn’t a big issue for us - overall it was a great and welcoming spot. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks to Dale for hosting us on a special trip - a high school graduation and a birthday. The house was a perfect base and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking at a trip to the Twin Cities. Quiet (Despite proximity to MSP), handy for the Mall of America and has all the mod cons you need that aren’t feasible to pack - I’d like us - you were travelling by train. Iron and ironing board, firewood, all kitchen utensils, bed linens, you name it. The house is clean and well kept and the instructions for staying there are clear and easy to follow. We really did have a most excellent time and that was in no small part to the high-quality accommodation laid on by Dale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale’s place to would-be travellers. In terms of location, the house itself and the helpfulness of the host I honestly could not have asked for better. David’s house was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for our week in Minneapolis. It was a great location for easily checking out many different areas of the twin cities, and very convenient to get to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again when we come back through Minnesota. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Had a great stay at this adorable property in NE Mpls. The location can't be beat. It's super easy to find, just a few minutes to downtown and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Everything was great but I think what surprised me the most was how quiet it was. The property is located just off two pretty busy streets and when inside coudln't hear any traffic or noise from a nearby bar on a busy Saturday night. I'd definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

I hosted a small, low key, bachelorette party for my cousin. There were 7 of us and we had a blast. We all had a lovely time and we all slept amazing in the very cozy beds. It was very spacious and even tho neighbors were close, it felt private. We wish we could’ve enjoyed the wonderful spacious deck and fire pits. But unfortunately it was pouring rain. But we made the best of our stay inside playing some fun games. The ONLY thing I would say is we nearly ran out of toilet paper as there were 7 of us girls. Thank you Andrew for the prompt responses and clear instructions. I highly recommend this space!

We have just had two wonderful weeks in this exceptional apartment. From the moment we opened the door it felt like home. Colleen and Aaron have gone above and beyond to make this such a comfortable, stylish and welcoming space and we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our holiday. As soon as we booked, we had such friendly messages from them and this continued during the time we were there. They are perfect hosts and definitely deserve five plus stars! We hope to return next year and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation in Minneapolis.

Thomas was an excellent host, had great communication and the place was very well kept. There’s a park right down the road in walking distance as well!

What an amazing space and location! I loved the view of the park across the street and enjoyed walking through the park to visit the art museum. The space is huge with tall ceilings and has every comfort you could need. I appreciated the parking and clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a great stay, I would recommend this place to all!

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

We loved staying here! Alison was a great host with easy to follow instructions for getting there, snacks upon arrival, and plenty of recommendations of places we should check out. I loved the cozy feel of the apartment with the book collection and the patio, and it was easy walking to the bakery and ice cream place on the corner! Both very delicious!

Emphatically recommend this location when searching for an AirBnB. The listing is very accurate - a well organized, homey, and accessible flat for a visit to the twin cities. We want to be close to the action when visiting cities, but not downtown. You have amazing food and drink nearby. 5/5 recommend

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Overall the place was Cozy. It was really well kept. Kitchen was modern and had all the essentials. The TV was large and very responsive. Our washer was under maintenance - thank god we did not need it. We did use the dryer to dry clothes that got wet in the rain. Bathroom was modern - the only thing I have to complain is that the bathroom sliding door is a bit hard to close and open. Quite heavy but overall functional. The bed was comfortable and side tables had charging ports and great lamps. Our check out was smooth thought we could not figure out where the trash bins were at the back of the building. On the whole a very positive experience and highly recommended!!

My husband and I were in town to visit our son. Stephanie’s place provided a serene, peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view of the lake. Her backyard patio and flower garden was a great space to relax and visit in.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.
