A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Autobahn Abfahrt Niederalteich. Zur großen Kreisstadt Deggendorf sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Hier handelt es sich um eine seperate Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Hauseingang und 1 PKW Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Im Kühlschrank finden Sie als kleine Abendjause oder für ein Frühstück etwas Salami, Essiggurken, Bauernbrot, Butter, Marmelade und etwas Obst vor. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit allem was dazugehört steht Ihnen ebenso zur Verfügung.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The cycle path is right on the doorstep and leads into the Donauweg.
