As the reviews already show - a very great apartment! The apartment is very large, clean and bright, quiet and with direct views of the countryside. Out of the window you see horses and pheasants. The apartment is stylish and simply furnished, we particularly liked the large sofa, the high-quality towels and linens. We spent the weekend there with our 1.5 year old daughter and it was very relaxing and straightforward for all of us. The hosts could not be nicer and more likeable! We would like to come back again.

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Very good stay in BurgSteinfurt, the city is pleasant, good cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant accommodation, quiet and very well equipped, possibility to have breakfast on the terrace in the sun in the morning. Welcoming and friendly hosts.

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easy to reach, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay

Ivone was very kind and clear at all times. I had a bicycle and the garden was spectacular. Everything is very nice and comfortable.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Our stay was excellent ! Very comfortable ! Even when it was a rainy day we had things to do. My daughter and her husband used the bikes. That was so nice they had those there. Beds were very good. We stayed 3 nights with our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) in Hennie and Ria's accommodation. Pleasant reception by Hennie. Accommodation looks good, spacious and clean. Everything works properly and all desired facilities are present. Sufficient privacy in and around the house. The beds are great. There is a folder with various information about the accommodation and various tips on what to do in the area. The kids also had a good time. Especially with the ponies and dog Dora. There are lots of games and books available. Ria even did a load of laundry for us in the evening, so that the football uniform could be worn fresh again the next day. Great! We had a nice stay. If we go on holiday in this area again, we will definitely come back. Thanks Hennie and Ria!

A nice cottage to stay with the family (9 people). Plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor. Outside a lot of space in the yard with various seats and playground equipment. The animals present are a bonus. The kitchen is complete, the bathrooms very tidy and the beds are nice. Communication with Agnes went well, even if she was not there, she asked if everything was to your liking. In short, a place to come back to.

Beautiful accommodation and beautiful surroundings, we also had beautiful weather so completely perfect. The cottage has everything you need! Beautiful large garden, wonderful sauna. Contact was really good. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. So definitely recommended!

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel right at home right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the love for detail in every corner!

My wife, 13 month old son, and I had a wonderful stay with Ali En Theo. Their place is perfect for families or couples. They were excellently gracious and keep a beautiful home where everything works well. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to walk to Vorden Castle so quickly. Would stay again. 5 stars !

I stayed at Renate's place with my family for 5 days. Renate explained some basic instructions in messages in a short and clear way. The house is located in a quiet, tidy village. We really enjoyed the house. Comfortable, cozy with a stylish design. Highly recommended! 👍👍

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.
