Apartment holiday rentals in Hendricks County

The place was exactly as described. It was an older place but clean and had that Midwest charm. Jenee was responsive throughout the entire time when we had questions. She was very responsive in providing extra linens we requested. It was great. If we had one critique, it would be the water pressure was very low in the shower. It was not strong at all and during the shower would dwindle to less pressure than at the start of the shower.

Dave is an excellent host. Always very responsive. When available we always stay there.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Suzanne’s listing the weekend of the Indy 500! The apartment is spacious, great for couples or a family of 3-4. The space was clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of character and personalized touches. Suzanne and her husband put a lot of thought into the design and amenities, everything from the bathroom toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen made the stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very cute! Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was super convenient to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Suzanne is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and genuinely welcoming. I can tell they care about making sure their guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Suzanne’s listing to anyone looking for a peaceful and well appointed stay near Indianapolis! Thanks again for having us!

Great little house - perfect size for us! The beds were SOOOO comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed - including q-tips which came in handy. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores very close to the house. Easy drive back and forth to DePauw University.

Everything was great

The room looked even better than it did in the listing. Great communication from the host, all supplies you might need, really first rate. It was pretty quiet the night I was there, but the host thoughtfully provides a white noise machine and soft ear plugs should it be busy (if you're a super light sleeper). I would definitely stay here again - the combination of beautiful Victorian furnishing and kitchenette/en suite bathroom is rare and beautifully done here. The place was also spotless. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful venue! Obscure you wouldn’t know there was a residential place to live there! Can be lively and lots of noises at night but did not bother me. Tons of activities to entertain! Also the beds are comfy and heated bathroom floors are a treat!

Brenda was such a responsive host. The unit was SPOTLESS. If I were to have taken pictures, they would look exactly like the ones they have posted. Plenty of everything we needed (towels, dishes, cookware, bath supplies, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.) and even had seasoning and oil to cook with! My family of 5 was super comfortable. My husband and I had the master bedroom with the en-suite , our three boys had the second room and bathroom with each one having their own bed. I was able to fix full breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there as well. We had access to the clubhouse and pool which we used. This unit is about 10 minutes from Grand Park sports complex where we had a tournament. There is a bit of construction on the streets around the unit complex because they're building up so much nearby. Great area, great unit, great host!!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

Super clean! Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location for shopping and dining as well. Would definitely stay again!
