Chris is a wonderful host. Very kind and courteous. The home itself is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet but within walking distance to a few local restaurants. Also close to the arena that you could walk. One reason I don't like hotels is the bed, 1 night is ok but more then that I need to be adjusted. Both of the beds were so comfortable that we slept great.

Place was great. a tree even fell and took out a portion of the porch and they gave me a partial refund.

The place was nice & a clean . Very quite witch was a plus . Easy to work with & responded quickly to my messages . Over all it was nice & looking forward to staying again .

The space was exactly as described. Check in and entry were easy. Nathan communicated well and was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very comfortable and private and had everything we needed for a five night stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We came into town for a church event was looking for somewhere to stay for the night we enjoyed our stay cozy apartment. The house was very nice and very good communication. I would definitely come back and stay in town and recommended this location and apartment to anyone the decoration was nice everything you needed was there very cozy made you feel at home.

When the air-conditioner in our original unit at The Harrison developed an issue, EVV Housing responded almost immediately and moved us to an equally lovely apartment in the same building. The entire switch was seamless—within minutes we were settled into a cool, comfortable space of the same quality, and our trip never skipped a beat. Both units were spotless, stylish, and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, a simple smart-lock entry, and a quiet central HVAC system. The clear check-in instructions (building name, unit label, lock code, Wi-Fi password) made arrival stress-free, and the thoughtful trash/recycling guide in the alley showed real attention to detail. The home was so clean. The furniture felt antique and we liked it. The beds in the living room were comfortable. My brother slept in the bedroom and so, I am not sure what he thought of the bed. It was nice that there were 3 TV’s. We only used the one in the living room and my brother watched the TV in the bedroom. We were so glad the air conditioner worked. All in all we were very happy with the home and really enjoyed our trip.

I stayed here for two days to make my commute to work easier with the weather, so a very last minute booking. I was so pleased at how fast Angela responded & got me in there. She was super helpful & the place was so nice & clean! The instructions to get there, and to get inside were spot on too! Definitely recommend this place & will be telling co-workers if they’re looking for somewhere to stay :)

This is my third stay at Sean’s downtown digs. This is a great location, walkable to a great coffee shop, restaurants, downtown, and the Ohio Riverfront. The apartment itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. With windows on three sides and plenty of fans it was cool and comfortable despite the warm outside temperatures. We didn’t even feel the need to use the window AC, although it was there should we have needed it. I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! The location was great, it was easy to get in and out, and the place was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Sean was very responsive and friendly when we had wifi issues as well, which was appreciated! The only thing I would add is that if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the walls are pretty thin and we could hear footsteps/voices upstairs, but that doesn’t change my 5 star rating at all and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
