The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Very pleasant house to stay in, with a very nice interior space, spacious and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Cécile our host is very welcoming, very professional, attentive, does everything to make your stay very pleasant. A very nice place to spend a quiet stay and well located between the beautiful places that are St Malo, Sain Jacut, Cap Frehel, Dinant, Dinard etc.

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

We were here 10 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We will surely come back at some point and will only leave here with difficulty. A little piece of heaven on earth.

Lovely apartment, great location. St Malo Intra muros accessible on foot in 15 minutes. Beach and city center very close. Well-equipped, clean and well-decorated apartment. Very clear check-in instructions.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We greatly enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

Very nice studio, great location in relation to the city center, the port and the beach of Caroual. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
