This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

The unit is luxurious with extra-large patio doors and windows that look out to beautiful scenery with mountain views in the far end. Our colorful, desert themed 2br/2ba lower unit condo is bright, spacious, & furnished with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Great Wi-Fi for Zoom calls if needed! One of the many community pools/hot tubs sits steps away from the back patio, overlooking a beautiful greenbelt, palm tree lined sky, and peekaboo mountain range views with stunning sunsets. Pets are welcomed for an additional $100 fee at booking. We also have a pack n play & high chair in unit for use.
