Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

We have lived here for almost two years and we are very happy with the place. It is very close to the city center and at the same time it is located in a beautiful natural area with a lake and a park. It is close to pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, bike shop, cafe and the bus stop.
