The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Baita Palma è l'alloggio ideale per famiglie,coppie o amici che amano stare in mezzo alla natura,senza però privarsi della "movida" del paese. Infatti il nostro appartamento, ristrutturato completamente nell'estate 2020, si trova a pochissimi passi dal centro restando però in una zona tranquilla e appartata da dove sarà facilissimo accedere agli impianti sciistici. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral und doch herrlich ruhig und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi, dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn)
