Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling tours in 't Twentse land. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house has all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher have been thought of.

It was a very nice 2 days for us. Marcel and Robin were very friendly and kind. The house was perfect and there were everything that you would need. The beds were really comfortable and the terrace was absolutely gorgeous. It was a very peaceful and super comfortable stay so we strongly recommend if you want a stay that is heavenly peaceful 🌸 Thanks a lot!

Reception was very good, you get instructions in advance and then you can take the key out of a locker. Apartment itself was really very clean and tidy and was equipped with all comforts. I recommend everyone to stay here!

We immediately fell in love with the house and garden😍. Perfect for a holiday with a dog🐕. Each room is lovingly and tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything, not in the kitchen and not in the garden. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in 2-3 minutes by car (a little longer on foot). There are always green stripes nearby the house where the dog can loosen. About 6-8 minutes by car (start/end) there is a beautiful route between fields to take the dog 🐕 for longer walks. However, the route is also used for cyclists (less suitable for dogs with bicycle phobia). About 10 minutes by car 🚗 is a beautiful swimming lake (the Dreiländersee) with possibility to swim, pedal bot or just lazy on the sandy beach. There is also a restaurant there😉. We stayed at Keukenhof for an afternoon (the largest Dutch garden). Travel time approx. 2 h 15 min.
