Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The apartment is located in a small district of Arnstorf surrounded by meadows, fields and forest. The apartment is furnished in the style of the 50s with books, games, television and WiFi. The rooms are open and can be used in different ways. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Arnstorf is 7 km away. There are shops, banks, post office, pharmacies, restaurants. A great place to relax, for excursions, also for families with children.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

If you stay at this centrally located and quiet place, you can easily walk to everything. Private terrace, garden for common use, hostess lives next door with separate entrance. Simply specify which sleeping option you prefer for several people (mattress in the bedroom and/or in the living room + sofa bed), then I will arrange everything appropriately. Trampoline, basketball hoop, soccer goals, table tennis table for the kids!

The farmhouse with seminar and event room, also suitable for celebrations, JGA, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river where you can swim. You can stay in the old farmhouse traditionally. The large garden invites you to grill and make fire. Fishing is possible with a day pass. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
