Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hayden Island

We loved our stay at Peregrine's place. It's a private suite in a gorgeous historic home and in one of the best neighborhoods in Portland. The street itself is peaceful and quiet, but is bordered by several major commercial streets with some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the city. Peregrine was also a friendly and communicative host!

Such a great location that was surprisingly central to all the things we wanted to see. Robert was very attentive and friendly. He offered a wide spectrum of activities when I asked him for suggestions based on our interests. The space is clean, with clear instructions, and very comfortable. The bedding and pillows felt incredibly luxurious.

Janet's place was perfect... exactly what we needed in Vancouver! highly recommend!!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Portland Expo center which was a close drive. Nice little neighborhood, and cute little place to stay.

I recently rented this lovely unit on my visit to Vancouver. It had everything I needed, was clean, stylish, and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and would rent it my next visit.

The Quiet Place was great, it was centrally located to what we needed to do. Dee Dee was very responsive to messages, I would definitely stay again. Also, being in a basement, there was not much noise from up top, nothing out of the ordinary foot steps. Great place!

Dieter’s place was even more beautiful than the pictures!!! Loved all the special touches throughout the home. We came for a concert but, our favorite thing about our trip was our stay!!!

This airbnb was a lovely home base for us in Portland, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was beautiful and clean and thoughtfully arranged with a wide selection of books, games, toys, food, drinks, TV services and other amenities. David was so kind and friendly! We felt safe and happy and cared for throughout our stay. We especially loved all of the many skylights in the home and appreciated that the beds were comfortable easy to sleep in. We never had a problem with the internet connection or the keypad entry. Everything about our stay was smooth and seamless.

My husband and I took our first visit to the west coast and wanted to find a place that felt like home, private and cozy. When I found this listing, it matched exactly what we were hoping for. Aletheia is super responsive, respectful and honest. Everything matched what was written and there were even helpful notes throughout the week to help us navigate the home and get around. I love how walkable it is to the bus stop to be able to travel downtown and even walkable to local coffee spots. Super happy with our week stay!

This gem is the perfect getaway! It’s just a few minute driving distance to all the great restaurants and shops that Portland has to offer without being in the bustle of it all. It’s very private, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood with a great park right across the street. We highly recommend!

Loved staying at Jenny’s lovely home. Really appreciated her prompt responding to some of the questions we had. The only issue we had, which was nothing that Jenny could control, was that all of the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom with the shower was downstairs, so it was hard for my 80 year old dad with a bad ankle to get to the rooms and bathroom to take a shower. Other than that, my family had such a lovely time staying at their beautiful home. Thank you so much!!

We loved our stay here! We had a small baby and 8 year old in tow and the backyard was so nice for them to play in! The kids room was very sweet with some toys and books! We felt right at home! The home was very tranquil within a peaceful neighborhood and everything was super clean and free of clutter. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay while we were in the Portland area for a wedding! Thank you, Jon!

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

Spent a couple days here and it was a perfect location. Quiet at night, although be aware there is a train nearby. I was up early so it did not interfere with my stay. The place is close to everything you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The place was very comfortable and would stay here again.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

I live nearby and needed a place to stay during a minor remodel - picked this one because it was so close to groceries and restaurants. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. No problem finding parking on the street. No AC, but stayed cool and pleasant even when the weather got hot. My only complaint was flies (outside) from the chickens next door - Bee got fly traps right away when I mentioned it, but there’s only so much she can do.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.
