Lahela Aloha LLC is a large studio unit attached to our family home in Hawaiian Paradise Park, a rural subdivision in the Puna District of Hawai‘i Island. We're 20 min from Hilo Int'l Airport and 40 min from Hawai‘i Volcanoes NP. We have two large rescue dogs, Jack and Boogie. They will be excited to meet you upon arrival- dog lovers only please. We also have several cats, some chickens, and our neighbors have a cow and dogs. All of them make noise, including coqui frogs at night.

Located only 20 minutes from Hilo, this completely private studio comfortably fits a family of four and is an excellent location to create a home base for all of your island wide travels. The washer, dryer and full kitchen make it perfect for extended stays!

Old School Hospitality

This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.

Request longer stays. Listen to the crashing ocean waves and Walk to the spectacular Puna coast, Whale watch during the Migratory season. Limited food preparation in the outdoor Kitchenette. The studio is located 30 minutes South of Hilo and great for East side day trips. Great space for those traveling, comfortable SPLIT King bed, TV, A/C at $7 a night. No heavy drinking.
