8 of us stayed at the house. There are 4 bedrooms. 2.5 baths. The views are breathtaking. Nancy was very informative. She even wrote out a 4 page email giving lots of ideas from beaches, to parks, to places to eat. She called on the day we arrived checking to make sure what time we would be arriving so the house was ready. She answered calls from us simply asking what kind of coffee maker was there so we could shop for coffee prior. I texted about the Television not working and she responded quickly. We had a few guys wanting to watch the golf tournament. Lol. Otherwise the television wasn't needed. The roads from the airport to the house have lots of curves. Take your time. The driveway is steep and not a lot of room for a big vehicle. Don't rent anything bigger that a Tahoe. Just my opinion.

Most amazing, accomodating, friendly host we have worked with ever, from booking assistance to final check out she was great. We had serious airline travel issues, arriving 2 days later than originally scheduled and Colette did everything to make up for our frustrating travel issues once we were there. The grounds are gorgeous as is the house. Would definitely recommend any of Colette’s rentals. She will make sure you are taken care of!

Fantastic week. perfect for our family with 6 adults and 4 children ages 2-6. The 2 yr old ( too big for a pack n play) and 3 year old needed separate sleeping spaces . we put one on a pad in the downstairs master closet and the other in the 2 queen bed room closet on a rollaway bed we’d ordered in advance. Somehow the instructions to make the 2 twin beds into a king was not received. someone was able to come after we checked in to correct it. Very responsive. The place is nicely furnished and the lenai outside table (opens into the living room) and the inside dining table easily handled the 10 of us. The garage has all the equipment for activities, including life vests for children. We used the pools close by as well as the Moana Lani Beach club and Hilton pools with water slides. We also ordered a 6 seater golf cart, perfect for going to places within the resort (beach, shopping center, Foodland, restaurants, Auberge Canoe House). Thx for special stay.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house was very well stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing and plentiful ( even in the outside shower), the laundry soap was plentiful. They stocked the place so thoughtful for guests. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. The entire house wrap around deck is gorgeous. Perfect quiet location. Lots of outside protection from all the rain.

We loved the house and how spacious and comfortable it was for a party of five - with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was super responsive and helpful. We really appreciate the hospitality. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet area, with many cooking utensils for us to enjoy home cooked meals.

Great place for a family with 3 year old twins. Gate for the stairs. All sorts of beach toys. There is a pack and play for sleep. Pool was a close walk and beach a close drive or you can take the golf cart! Plenty of other beach gear, snorkels, and 2 paddle boards! Kitchen was really well appointed too. I would definitely stay here again....Only issue was confusing/funky lights and fans that came on randomly and remotes that didn't work so great.

This was the perfect house for myself and my fiance, as well as my brother and sister in law, my parents and my fiance's parents while we were on Kauai for our wedding. We stayed here for 4 nights with the whole family during all the pre wedding festivities, and then my new wife and I moved over to the 1 Hotel for a few nights alone. But this was an awesome spot for 4 adult couples because there are 4 bedrooms with adult size beds (king or queen). Usually there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single all crammed in to get the bed count up, but we obviously did not want to book a place like that for our wedding trip. The house is also right on a quiet disc golf course, so its easy to head out the patio door an go for a morning stroll to listen to all the birds chirping. The house has been nicely renovated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to others.

It is so delightful when ones expectations which are already high are completely surpassed. We enjoyed our stay so much at Christine‘s place. We were a big family and we loved the many different decks to relax and enjoy the beautiful view as well as the large kitchen and living room to gather and eat, laugh, play games and chat. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We really appreciated the cooler, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear, too. And oh that hammock !! If we come back to Kona, I would absolutely love to stay at Christine’s place again. Highly recommend! PS The driveway is super steep but it was all a part of the adventure! PPS We saw whales from the deck.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

We absolutely loved this house for our week long stay in the Hilo area. The house had everything we needed and then some. The cliff and ocean are literally right there, you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks 24/7. We used the wonderful hot tub after our long hikes. We really appreciated that beach towels and coolers were available for our use. It is about a 25 minute drive to Hilo and 25-30 minutes to Volcano National Park, it was so worth it to us because of the privacy and beauty!! Make sure you take the recommended hike to Shipmans Beach. The trail head is 4 miles from the house, the hike is 2 1/2 miles each way but so worth it. It’s a sandy beach and there were several sea turtles swimming all around us. Kendi was great, she checked in to see how we were doing and was available for any needs we may have had. I would book this again if we ever return.

The house was amazing. The amenities were an extra plus. Everything you needed and more. Everything was fabulous and we look forward toto staying there again.

We thought it was cool to stay in this Japanese style home. Kids loved it. Pool was not deep and fun to play in. Grounds are like a park. Unique place.

We loved the place. It was a little confusing getting to the place since all the surrounding streets have the same name, but once we found it, it was amazing! Perfect for us!

I rented this place for six men coming together from all over the world to do a week of fishing in Kona. I do not have a bad thing to say about this home. Jace was very responsive in the time leading up to our rental. When we arrived the house was easy to get into and very well prepared, it was free of clutter, everything was clean and in place, and the property is gorgeous. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate long enough to enjoy the beautiful pools but hey were great to look at while sitting on the back porch enjoying the view with a drink in the hand. Thanks Jace and team for letting us stay.

Beautiful view from the spa, enjoyed the rainy evenings and sunny evenings there. Great sunsets. Private and gorgeous location. Host was friendly and helpful!

We had a great stay at the Airbnb. Close to the airport , Costco, grocery stores, gas stations, and beaches! Great to have a washer and dryer , & fans and AC at this location! Some of the beach umbrellas and items provided were broken when we arrived , but luckily were able to find some shade at the beach for the older family members. We really did enjoy our stay!

Charles Place was perfect for for my family. The outdoor space was amazing , we sat outside almost every day to enjoy the beautiful weather, view, and we loved the BBQ and fire pit to sit around. All bathrooms were stocked with stuff that you sometimes forget on vacation. The beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very modern. We loved the water filter attached to the sink this made it easy for us to get water at anytime. The space comes along with plenty of beach supplies for 8 people which was very nice. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive from the property. Not a lot of restaurants but honestly the drive around the island was beautiful which distracted you from the drive time. Charles is an amazing responsive host which made it very easy to express any questions we had . We will definitely stay again if we come back to this island. Thanks for the great stay !

Stacy's home was a spectacular option for our family of 8. Everyone had their own space and so many things to do at this property. The amenities & accommodations at this home are outstanding. We felt right at home! We especially loved the location with so many cool restaurants & shops in the area! I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone who has a large group! The property is clean, safe and lush with beautiful plants & trees! The cleanliness is definitely top notch! There is so much I can say positively about this gorgeous home! Thank you & Mahalo!

We have stayed here before. The host is very responsive whenever I reach out. The place is in a nice neighborhood. Safe to go for a walk or a run. Beds are comfortable and has all necessities. Most likely will be back in town for work in the future and will be staying here if available.

A wonderfully comfortable Hawaiian cottage with plenty of room to spread out. It’s fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and even a cooler. Van was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. Easy 10 minute walk down to the main beach access with a great boardwalk. Highly recommend this great little spot.

Our group of 10 stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The house was super spacious, clean, and comfy—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were big pluses and made the stay feel easy and homey. The neighborhood was quiet and full of nature, with long roads perfect for a morning jog—I loved running along the scenic volcanic coastline. Communication with Diana was smooth and friendly, a big contrast to a previous host I’d contacted. She even had someone meet us to give a quick tour, which was really helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome bonuses, but what really sold me was the space and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back. It's a beautiful home with lots of amenities. I already miss it!

The amenities were great. The golf cart was great to have, the beach equipment (kid friendly) was nice and applicable to our needs. Nice beach and pool. The pool was in easy walking distance. The outdoor grill was used several times and it was so nice eating outside on the back patio. James was a pleasure to work with and his response times were awesome. Highly recommended.

Marketas home was the perfect stay for my family. We had a larger group coming together for a birthday and we fit very comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and and the pool is a short walk away. Marketa is also very responsive and helpful, even proactive in a lot of the information I needed to make the stay comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here.
