Holiday rentals with a patio in Havel

Wir haben uns in Nadjas Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhig gelegen, Zentrumsnah, Liebevolle schöne Einrichtung , sehr sauber - es war ein perfektes Wochenende. Es wurde sehr freundlich auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen - uns wurden am Abreisetag sogar noch nach dem Auschecken noch Leihfahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Sollten wir wieder in Stendal verweilen- werden wir garantiert versuchen bei Nadja zu buchen.

Iris’ little art studio/event space/guest cottage was perfect for our stay in Ribbeck. Iris was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. Ribbeck is also super cute and we definitely had our fair share of pear-themed cake at the cafe nearby. Definitely recommend! (Just a tip: Ribbeck is super small and the few restaurants close very early — so if you’re staying for more than a night, best to bring some groceries with you. Iris’ kitchen has all the tools we you’d need. We were only there a night and biked to the neighbouring town for dinner, so it wasn’t a big deal, but better to be prepared).

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Mr. Marius was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property itself exceeded all expectations — for the first time ever, I found the place even more impressive in person than in the photos! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay

Unbelievable experience. The place felt special from the start, and meeting Norman tied it all together. Stylish, artsy apartment with a great vibe. Might just be my reason to come back to Berlin.

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

This place truly felt magical - nestled among beautiful trees with a stunning lake nearby. The apartment is well equipped and we felt very comfortable during our long stay. Lena was absolutely the best host we could have imagined. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions, tactful in her communication, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return.

Everything was at the top level. Attention to detail is impressive. Beautifully made apartment, super cosy and comfortable. Very clean. Very responsive host, every question I had was answered even before asking. Thanks for your hospitality, that was great 😁

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt vorbereitet: Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, alles war sauber, ordentlich und sofort bezugsfertig. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Küche, in der man direkt mit dem Kochen und Braten loslegen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Ein wahres Kleinod im Umland von Berlin. Ein herrlicher Garten und eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man braucht. Leider haben wir den Gastgeber nicht persönlich getroffen, doch alleine die für uns vorbereitete Wohnung und Sachen zeugten von Gastfreundschaft und Umgänglichkeit. Man kann hier einen Aufenthalt nur jeder Familie wärmstens empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Kinder liebten es die zahlreichen Schnecken zu zählen, den Deich mit dem Bollerwagen zu entdecken oder auch Stockbrot im Garten zu machen. Wir haben morgens ein Reh mit zwei Kitzen aus nächster Nähe gesehen und zahlreiche Vögel beobachten können. Und auch Mechthild und ihr Mann waren sehr nette Gastgeber mit denen man gerne, ab und zu, ein Pläuschchen im Garten halten konnte.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares, langes Wochenende in einem super gemütlichen und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und einladend, die Nähe zum See zum Baden und paddeln perfekt. Das Haus ist super sauber, die Küche überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Bernd war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns alles super beschrieben und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Martina und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schöne, voll ausgestattete Küche – da hat es an nichts gefehlt und man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten, perfekt für Familien wie uns. Martina war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko: das zweite Bett im Wohnzimmer (Schlafcouch) war leider recht hart – für empfindlichere Rücken eventuell etwas unbequem. Auch Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern wären noch ein kleines i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, gerade mit Baby. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau – insgesamt wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Herz und Verstand. Vielen Dank, liebe Martina – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Tja, was soll man dazu schreiben? Übernachten in einer überaus geschmackvoll renovierten Villa. Techn. auf dem neuesten Stand - mit allem Komfort (…und zurück) eingerichtet. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit tollen Details. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitmangel gar nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee den Tag auf der Terrasse zu beginnen!! Anja & Markus sind super herzlich, kommunikativ und stets ansprechbar. Alles in allem: Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichen Gastgebern.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

Super Unterkunft! Großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern. Ich finde, dass die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist! Ich will nochmal da unterkommen und habe sie schon an Freund:innen weiterempfohlen. <3

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Great place to stay at when you want to visit Berlin. House is spotless and has plenty of kitchen supplies and coffee (Tassimo system and filter coffee machine) and tea. Nice modern interior and amenities. Fast WiFi and plenty of recommendations from the super friendly hosts about things to do and where to eat. Supermarkets in 3 mins walk, house is next to a play yard and plenty of food places nearby (excellent kabab place too). Private parking spot makes it easy to bring the car and visit the area nearby as well as Berlin. Area is very calm. Can recommend Annett’s home for any visit to the Berlin area!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Katrin und Ralf war wieder einmal sehr empfehlenswert. Es war bereits das zweite Mal, dass wir hier waren, und es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie zuhause an. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt Besonders. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der schöne Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zudem ist die Anbindung an Berlin gut möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielen Dank!
