Apartment holiday rentals in Havel

Greta's place made us feel right at home for our first time in Berlin. The location is as convenient as it gets - close to the bus and U, lot's of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and grocery stores to stock up. She gave very clear and helpful directions to get to the apt from the airport. Location is bustling, so it isn't the quietest area, but that was not an issue for us whatsoever. Apt is located on the 4th floor, something to note for folks who need something more accessible. She was very communicative with any questions we had and provided us with tons of recommendations around the area. Every little detail around the home made us feel comfortable and cozy for our week long trip, not like in a soulless rental-only Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends who are visiting Berlin!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. The way the rooms have been set up, decorated, and furnished speaks volumes about the hosts thoughtfulness and care as a host. I hope we’ll meet again until then Bye

Wir waren als kleine Familie mit Baby mehr als zufrieden. Es waren Spielsachen vorhanden,ein Babybett und ein Stuhl und ganz viel andere liebevolle Details. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Prachtige airbnb, smaakvol ingericht en op een hele mooie locatie. We hebben genoten van het appartement, de directe omgeving (Prenzlauerberg) en de rest van Berlijn. Matthias gaf hele goede tips, zijn vrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en zij waren erg flexibel en reageerden snel op berichten. We zouden zeker nog eens komen! Dank voor het fijne verblijf.

One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. It was well taken care of, very quiet and comfortable. My husband was working at the desk full-time for a week and was quite pleased with the set up. It is very conveniently located to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation and even the opera. Personally I liked the neighborhood and the activity level quite a bit. The stairs are definitely something to keep in mind. In spite if the stairs, if there is availability next time we are in Berlin, we will be back.

I've just returned from my stay, and the apartment was spotless, looking exactly as the photos showed. Vasil, the host, was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay here again next time I'm in town!

Die Wohnung von Markus und Kristina ist einfach nur wunderschön! Wir sind dieses Wochenende zu einem Familientreffen zusammengekommen- 4 Generationen Egal welche Generation- ob über 80 Jahre alt oder 16 Jahre alt- alle waren begeistert vom ersten Moment an! Für unsere ganz Kleinen war ebenso gesorgt wie für die Großen was Spielsachen und Lesematerial angeht - wir haben überall ein offenes Herz für Kinder wahrgenommen Wir würden mit Freude jederzeit wieder kommen! Dankeschön an die ganze Familie!

Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und hatte eine Top Ausstattung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Für eine Familie mit Teenagern genau richtig.

Das Haus von Anja und Markus war ein Traum und hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Küche hat jedes erdenkliche technische Feature und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kommuniation war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung mit herrlichem Wald und der Garten mit dem vielen Grün sind ein tollen Plus gewesen. Insgesamt ein perfektes Erlebnis!

Wunderschönes Wochenende mit der Familie in Berlin verbracht: die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet genug Raum für Spiel und Spaß mit 4 Teenagern (Billardraum!). Drumherum sind so viele Restaurants und Cafes, dass wir kaum selber gekocht haben. Eine klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

Hallo ich war mit meiner Schwester 3 Tage in der tollen Wohnung sie ist genauso wie auf den Bildern eine kleine private Badestelle,Kanus umsonst toller Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Man sieht auch aufs Wasser . Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen auch weil Plau am See ein wunderschöner Ort ist. Ich komme wieder Gruß Martina

Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was very nice and cosy (perfect for two people), with the u-bahn right next door. We really liked the neighbourhood. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it!

This place was even nicer and roomier than the pictures show! It is in a very nice neighborhood on a cobblestone street! It was clean and comfortable and Martina was the perfect host! She was always responsive and very accommodating to our every need! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Ankes Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war super, die Nachbarschaft war sehr schön und ruhig. Die Wohnung hat uns sehe gut gefallen, Anke hat uns einen Kinderhochstuhl und Kinderbesteck bereitgestellt, etwas Spielzeug und ein paar Kinderbücher waren auch vor Ort. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon war definitiv ein Highlight, alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!

Ich war mit meinen Geschwistern in der Unterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Sauber, gute Ausstattung, Willkommensgaben, Kuschelecke auf dem Balkon, großes Bad. Ab 5 Personen wird es etwas sportlich vom Platz her, aber ist auf jeden Fall machbar. Ein Ort zum Runterkommen und Wohlfühlen!

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Ich habe für zwei Wochen bei Katrin und Roxanne gewohnt. Wohnung und Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Gastgeberinnen freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Information, Zeit für Gespräche aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Hit ist der Balkon am Zimmer.

Vi kunne sagtens have brugt flere dage her. Lejlighed og især have indbyder til afslapning, hygge og komme ned i gear - samtidig med der er mulighed for at opleve området (med bil). Super værtspar som er tilgængelige og enormt hjælpsomme. Louie (3 år) har allerede spurgt hvornår vi skal tilbage - og savner i øvrigt kyllingerne 🥰 Dejlig ferie🤩

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

Sowohl die Lage als auch die kleine Sauna und der Whirlpool haben uns gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Wagner war freundlich und schnell. Eine Empfehlung!

Super Buen alojamiento para grupos de 9 personas, muy bueno el espacio y la atención, el lugar está cerca de un metro que recorre todo Berlín, el entorno es maravillo, además de la atención y cuidados del anfitrión muy recomendable

Wir sind für ein paar Tage zum abschalten in Sebastians Unterkunft gefahren und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Im Airbnb war alles was man sich wünscht, tolle Ausstattung, nettes miteinander & wunderschöne Natur im Umfeld! Perfekt zum entspannen und um die Natur zu genießen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und sind schweren Herzens wieder gefahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!! Riesige Empfehlung für alle die einfach mal die Ruhe genießen wollen und ihren Alltag vergessen wollen.
