Casas particulares holiday rentals in Havana

A 45-minute walk from downtown we find a beautifully restored old house with breakfast at a great price. Roberto and Daiana (hotel staff) are always very attentive and made us feel at home keeping the place in magnificent conditions. Don Salvador offers an excellent city tour at a reasonable price in an authentic otherworldly convertible car. The room always feels cool (thanks to its air conditioning) and the electricity (wifi, refri) works at all times, unlike things we've heard from Habana hotels. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the habano of your choice and a beer from the room cooler. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone who wants to have a welcoming experience in Havana. Recommendations TO eat nearby: -Habana Blues -Bruno and Pilar's balcony -Candela

The property is just as described and as seen in the photographs. It is extremely beautiful and is also located in a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come back.

Yeneir’s lovely home was an absolute gem and made our first trip to Cuba so easy and enjoyable! We were greeted by Gretel and Gladys who throughout our stay went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality, whether that was arranging taxis and tours or providing delicious meals served in the house. The house itself was just as gorgeous as the photos and had all the listed amenities. We appreciated coming back to the AC and fans after long days of exploring the island. The rooftop deck was especially nice at night. We also appreciated the use of a local cellphone that was pre-loaded with suggested restaurants and places of interest. We all agreed we would absolutely stay with Yeneir again on any future visits to Cuba!

Nice experience, fascinated with the apartment, everything very clean and well equipped, the view incredible, zero blackouts in that area, the building very safe, elevator and private parking inside the building, the attention of Karla and her father Javier was excellent, very kind and helpful, we will definitely return, I rate it 11 out of 10.

My family and I really loved Pablo's Airbnb stay. The apartment provides peace of mind after a long day and although the area can be a little intimidating, we never had an unfortunate situation. In addition, I would like to highlight the great host that Pablo is, he was always very attentive and polite with us.

Definitely a perfect place to stay in Habana. Amazing location, the place is clean and match the pics - actually is better. I felt at home. The communication with the host was chill and I got some help having transportation arranged and some tips. Strongly recommend! Gracias!

As our first trip to cuba we could not have picked a better place to spend the first night. We, plus all our luggage, we are travelling by bicycle, were collected at the airport door. A warm and informative welcome. Malvis and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A great breakfast to send us on our way too. The perfect apartment in the center of Havana. A self-contained apartment close to all attractions. The building has an elevator, there is always electricity and hot water. I'm here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice place. Had a great stay

Javier's place is clean and had all of the amenities we needed during our 4 night stay. The building's condition was average in the developing neighborhood of Vedado that's very close to the Malecon with spectacular sunsets. There are delicious restaurants in a walkable distance, and the Caribbean Sea can be seen to the left and Revolutionary Square to the right from the skyline balcony. Javier's team of hosts, tour guides, and taxi drivers took care of us throughout our stay, especially Eduardo who took us on a day trips to Old Havana, Saturn Cave, Mantanzas, and Veradado Beach. Great people and location in Havana!

It is a beautiful apartment with a well-functioning air conditioning. The bed sleeps well, the bathroom is great. We got an extra phone for internet and they received us very nicely and sweetly on the first night. We are very happy with this! We recommend this Airbnb. Mucho gracias

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The hosts were kind and helpful with everything I ever needed. The breakfast was always delicious and the rooftop was spectacular for sunsets. The location was very walkable and ideal for exploring old Havana. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

The stay on Cecilia's Airbnb was very quiet and comfortable. Cecilia was very attentive, even before I arrived in Cuba, answered me with promptness and sympathy. Your place is super comfortable, I didn't have problems with practically anything, just with the lack of internet for a small amount of time, which Ceci also solved super fast. Too much Indico! I hope to come back when I can!

The apartment is well-maintained, with large bedrooms and closets. The kitchen is adequate for preparing meals. The building is one of the few maintained buildings in the area. It is located in Vieja Habana, close to many tourist attractions. Yoel is a terrific host; he went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay. If you plan to stay in Vieja Habana, we highly recommend this Airbnb.

We can’t say enough good things about Luca, his space, and his staff. The design is stunning, and the entire stay feels like an experience, not just a place to sleep. Laura and the team went above and beyond with everything from private in-home breakfasts to laundry and taxi service—making an already incredible place even better. The pool and ocean views are exactly like the photos—jaw-dropping. My parents were supposed to join us but couldn’t make it. After seeing our photos and videos, they’re already talking about coming back with us. Highly recommend and hope to return sooner than later!
