Family-friendly holiday rentals in Haute-Loire

We had a lovely stay in this charming cottage. This house is particularly warm, well appointed and well equipped. The relaxation area keeps its promises with the Nordic bath under the pine trees and the sauna also in a fuste. Ghislaine and Bernard are welcoming, available and very nice. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

This is a beautiful campsite! We stayed in the Canadian tent and this is exactly the way you should camp. Comfort, nature & cosy indeed!

We had a great time at Anthony's place. Chalet offering multiple services (sauna, jacuzzi, good bedding, barbecue, ping pong, foosball, private lake, pizza oven/super sofa bread...) allowing everyone to find their own account and brighten each evening. The place is peaceful and the lake is very cute. Thanks for the croissants on Sunday mornings, local jams and juices. Recommended 😊

We had a pleasant stay. Very nice host, friendly and attentive to us . The hot tub was very nice and the environment was very peaceful . I would highly recommend it.

We are a group of friends of 4 and we were looking for an unusual place, quiet and in the countryside. We could not have hoped for more to recharge between us. This place perfectly combines back to your roots while allowing you to enjoy the comfort. We arrived in early May to sleep two nights. We were able to enjoy the sauna and heated pool that allows you to relax while enjoying a magnificent view. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with dining table and sofa sheltered from the nature lady elements. There are also plenty of places to visit and the Brioude market that Pierre gave us very much. There, time stops... you feel really good there and go back to reloading. To all nature lovers, I highly recommend this place! Thanks again to Pierre for hosting us and for his kindness. We'll be back, but longer this time!

the accommodation is very nice, the wood burning stove is bigger than it appears in the photo the flames are very pleasant and gives a beautiful color to the room, the bedding is very comfortable , we arrived in winter in the middle of snow after a long road and we had a wonderful stay.

Géraldine handled our arrival and departure remotely by text and phone with accuracy and sympathy. The accommodation is facing the lake, magnificent view, in a beautiful quiet and very peaceful village. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it.

We had a great weekend at Sophie's place. A nice buron in the middle of nature and quiet, what better for a total change of scenery! Of course, Lozère is a beautiful place and we were amazed! Multiple paths accessible from the buron. We rode road bikes and it was great to be in this place (quiet and car-free😁). As for Sophie, she was welcoming and warm! Great communication! We'll be back as soon as we get a chance!

We had a great weekend at Christine's place. The house is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped to offer all the necessary comfort. The game room is a real asset, especially with children, as is the proximity to the river. Access to the house is easy. A big thank you to Christine for her kindness, availability and responsiveness. A very clean and well-located cottage in the village. A very responsive, welcoming host. A small, well-equipped outdoor space: dining table, deckchairs, etc.

Ideal for a moment of relaxation, disconnected from the world, in the middle of nature! Here the goal (achieved!) was to spend time with the family and combine hiking with board games. We recharged our batteries while discovering the surroundings: the medieval village of Chalencon, the lava flow of Bourianne, a short tour of Retournac, a mountain bike ride to the Pont du Diable, etc. Marie and Laurent are great hosts! They give plenty of advice on hikes in the surroundings, suggest restaurants, and offer places to discover. They are available, adorable and hyper responsive. Their cottage is perfectly well-equipped. The terrace is ideal for a little rest. Deckchairs and wooden table with a great view of the horizon. Breakfast in the sun and afternoon rest in the shade... what more could you ask for?? Oh yes, a bonus for the children's happiness: animals that walk all around the cottage! In short, no more suspense... we recommend it!!!!!!

Accommodation with a lot of charm, very well renovated, with a lot of equipment. Ideal for a stay with friends. Very clean. Trust the directions to find the accommodation. The accommodation is shown on google maps. A little far from the activities, but we were looking for a cottage with peace and quiet and no neighbors, it was perfect!

In a beautiful and neat setting, with a breathtaking view, we received an excellent welcome from our hosts with whom we had interesting exchanges about the region and its activities. The accommodation, cozy and very comfortable, was very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Daniel very kindly made his garage available to us to store our bikes. We loved the ideal location to radiate on the dolce via.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gérald's house. This one is very spacious and bright and very functional. It also has everything you need to cook, nothing is missing. The pool, very well heated, is a real plus. The view from the pool to the mountains is very beautiful. Gérald was very responsive and accommodating.
