Holiday rentals with lake access in Haute-Corse

A truly magical place that we enjoyed very much! The rushing river directly under the terrace is simply great and the whole Restonica Valley is beautiful. Everything else was wonderful: Antoine and his wife are very friendly, the apartment is well equipped. You have the feeling of being in the middle of nature, at the same time Corte is within walking distance. We'll be back!

The communication with Laurent was always smooth, he always responded very quickly. The apartment is well equipped. There is vinegar and oil, dish soap, sponge and towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel. The apartment is easily heated with several electric heaters. It is in the middle of the village, but very quiet in a pretty village. On several days we left our car and left for hikes directly from the house. We recovered very well in one week!

We enjoyed the stay very much. In 5 min you were by the sea, it was quiet and the kitchen was very well equipped. Thank you

We had a relaxing week in the cozily furnished cottage. Wonderfully quiet during the nights, surrounded by peaceful nature. Very friendly people (and animals :-) in the small, special village. The view over the Lac de Tolla in the morning mist is a dream. For tall people ( >1.80), the chairs in the kitchen and on the terrace are inconvenient. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable!

great stay in Paul's apartment. if you like beautiful views and calm, the place is for you. the apartment is easy and comfortable to live in, and has views of the mountain ranges. easy and friendly communication with Paul, who knows his area on the end of the... trails;-) be careful, no shops in Tralonca. you have to stock up in Corte!

Christine and her husband are very kind and pleasant hosts, we were very well hosted. The accommodation is impeccable, the setting is very peaceful, really relaxing. The accommodation is less than 20 minutes away from everything: shops, shops, beaches, restaurants... We recommend this Airbnb without any hesitation!

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately a bit off the beaten path; but then very quiet. David can't do anything for the annoying dogs every morning. We were a little disappointed with the location of the river. We assumed it was right behind the rented house. But the short walk there was totally ok. Same goes for the washed out rocks "slightly above" the house. "A little above" are about 15 minutes by car to the mountains to the parking lot and then another good 10 minutes on foot downhill. But the way is worth it; it was fantastically beautiful.

Quiet townhouse located in a small Corsican village, friendly neighbors, view of Paglia Orba, Cinto. Small neighborhood grocery store where you can find everything, with a butcher's and deli section with good products. The house is functional, there is everything you need for a week's stay. Exceptional natural environment, hiking galore, swimming in the basins of Golo and Viru. Thank you to Anghjulina for her responsiveness, her welcome and our friendly exchanges.

It's a quiet place, very close to a river, in a very quiet little village. Nathalie is a very friendly welcome and gives valuable and many tips on what can be visited in the area. Everything went well except when we arrived: since there were two address names, I put one on my GPS, but it wasn't the right one. It is absolutely necessary to put Piertrapola. This mistake cost us an hour more drive from Ajaccio, turning turns on tiny roads. I did not understand why there are two village names so distinct for this accommodation, especially since only one is relevant in the end... Otherwise, sorry for taking the mosquito plug!

Our stay was perfect! The view from the balcony overlooking Corte and the mountains in the background is beautiful The location of the listing is ideal for access to a multitude of outdoor activities such as hikes around Corte, swimming points, canyoning, etc ... It's nice to have a parking space and not have to turn for hours in high season The apartment is brand new, comfortable, and tastefully decorated Jean-François is a great host, we enjoyed chatting with him and he was able to give us tips for hikes Without hesitation we will come back to Jean-François if we return to Corte!

Nice studio outside Corte, in a beautiful and very quiet environment. Car needed to get around but the center of Corte is a few minutes' drive away. Beautiful view, new, functional and cozy studio. Camille was very responsive and allowed us to have the accommodation earlier. Thank you!

A very nice apartment with a large balcony\, 2 km outside the center of Corte. Fully equipped. Spacious bedroom. Big bathroom. Private parking. Well equipped kitchen. It all looked fine when we arrived; clean, neat, tidy. We have had a wonderful time there. Corte is a nice city and the area invites you to walk. Jean Claude was very quick in responding to our questions.

We were hosted super well at the time we wanted to arrive. The small house is perfect for a very pleasant stay. The view is really beautiful. Marie Rose is very attentive and her son-in-law is very welcoming. Once again, thank you for everything. 🫶

We had a pleasant stay in this large studio. The decor is pretty warm and the little outside is very nice. It is located in the beautiful Gulf of Sagone where there are very beautiful beaches. Small detail, we do not pick up in the accommodation (but outside yes) and there is no wifi.

Perfect accommodation, amazing location, more than recommendable hosts. You can book without a second thought, I can only recommend this place!

We had 10 days wonderful days at La Casetta. The house is rustic, full of character, cool in the heat, has all the basic utensils you need and extras like spices, toilet paper, towels, cleaning stuff, coffee pods to start you off. Super comfortable bed and excellent shower with lots of hot water. Michael and Anais are the most helpful hosts. Really responsive and good at helping you out with any questions you might have as well as lots of local information. It is not exactly a quiet place as you can hear the rushing of the Golo river all the time but we found that to be very peaceful. Corte is about 15 Min by car with so much to do. Train from the village to various places but only very few each day. La Casetta is a very special place and we would definitely like to return. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts is second to none. This is what AirBB should be like but sadly rarely is.

Murielle's place is as described. Ideally located to shine in this area. In the middle of nature, the nearby beach is superb. Finally Murielle is very good advice.

Such a beautiful place! Private, peaceful, a little slice of paradise. We really enjoyed our stay. The maisonette was as described and located in a great part of the island - a lovely launch point for beach adventures and scenic hikes. Amandine and Stan were great hosts, quick to respond and very gracious. Highly recommend the cottage for your next Corsican getaway!

We stayed 1 week in October 2024 and for us this charming Murielle cottage was a beautiful place of residence on Cargèse. This little house is perfectly in line with the description on AIRBNB. It is located with three other residences in a green setting worthy of Martinique, a haven of peace close to the beautiful beach of Chiuni with turquoise waters. It was the direct departure to our multiple and beautiful walks in the wild areas around Cargèse. This house is very comfortable, spacious enough with a terrace overlooking a beautiful garden, bright, very quiet and impeccably clean. It is perfectly equipped for a complete relaxing stay. Pleasant stay, the house offered by Stéphanie is welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The environment is quiet and the garden is fenced. We did not meet Stéphanie because the check-in is autonomous (which is appreciable because it is easier) but she is very responsive by message 😊
