Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

We loved the retro vibe of this house! Loved all the little details. Very warm and cosy. I think the location is great if you are planning to drive everywhere. I personally love to be able to walk to nice cafes etc. it was a very commercial part of town, eg close to Wollongong and big retailers. It would have been nice to have a few tips supplied by the host, eg best places to eat. Activities, local attractions. Overall it was a lovely stay. The retro vibe of the house was 5 star!!

Oh my goodness, Damon's place was fantastic. What a beautiful house in an amazing setting. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. It was great having a nice well supplied kitchen where we could cook our meals. Damon was very friendly and helpful.

A perfect night away for our family. We had a quiet, relaxing, very comfortable time & felt very at home. It was just what we needed. Thank you for being such great hosts.

My husband and I found Mandy’s place very comfortable, clean and exceedingly well equipped with everything you could need. Loved the well stocked kitchen with plenty of nice touches like milk, plunger coffee and delicious home baking Mandy left for us! The location was perfect for cycling with close proximity to the city centre and cycleways, plus a bonus with plenty of room in the large internal access garage for our car and bikes. Mandy’s communication was excellent and responses were prompt. Highly recommend.

Our second stay with Jill and Adrienne and it felt like we were coming home. Great stay!

We spent a wonderful couple of days at Julia's. It's such a gorgeous spot with lovely views. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Julia was so generous with all of the extra goodies in the fridge. We felt very spoilt. Tairua is a great place to explore the Coromandel from and has its own lovely beach and walks.

We stayed here for five nights to support some planned surgery at a nearby hospital and working remotely during the recovery period. The location was perfect for us and very close to the beach which is great for walks. The apartment is also close to Milford shopping centre which has everything you need for self-catering. Michaela was always very responsive and helpful with any requests and being able to park the car down the bottom of the driveway was really helpful. The apartment is peaceful and a great place to base yourself for a short or longer stay in Auckland.

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Dean and Margaret’s place was very comfortable and well equipped. It was warm and clean and we felt very much at home. The beautiful view really topped it off, especially the amazing sunsets.

Warren and Sandy's are just a really short walk away from Hot Water Beach. Sandy advised us on where to park before we arrived, and Warren greeted us upon arrival, showed us around and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Our little one enjoyed seeing the eels being fed in the morning too. I personally enjoyed Warren's home brew. A great place to stay!

We really enjoy our stay at this lovely apartment. Great size for family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids). The seaview from the apartment is awesome. Rozelle is very friendly to communicate and she gets everything well prepared. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

Hot pool was clean and ready to use for us. Great location, can easily access by public Bus from Waiheke ferry terminal. Thanks for a restful weekend away 😎

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Carin’s black batch. Carin was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. She made me feel right at home 🤗 The place was so serene and peaceful with everything you could need. The perfect getaway for a much needed break! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and regroup. Would book again!

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Again, Easy communication and check-in. Had everything we were looking for. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Amazing stay! The place was very clean, furnishings seemed fairly new, and the cottage was cosy. View from the cottage deck was beautiful- in the early morning, mist shrouded the lower terrain and Waikato river before gradually fading away, with the sun rising behind.The night view was wonderful as well with lots of stars. We ordered a homemade pizza from the hosts and it was absolutely superb. They also spoiled us with a sublime chocolate cake and date pudding. Overall it felt like a lot of thought, effort and passion has gone into this bnb, more than almost all (and maybe even all) the bnbs we've stayed at before. We really recommend this place. And do yourself a favour and don't hesitate to order their food!

Great spacious apartment, love the location, very short walk to Ponsonby high street. A great option in one of the best and most vibrant inner quarters of Auckland

My mother and sister-in-law visited Tersia's downstairs apartment and gave me some great feedback. The room was warm and comfortable with a nice view in a quiet neighbourhood and there was even a lovely fragrance. We were very pleased with the breakfast food and thoughtful chocolates all over the room. We had a nice visit from Cleo the cat, and enjoyed Netflix and Disney Plus.
