I was in the accommodation for 3 days, Phisit was very accommodating and gave me a better room with a private bathroom. The room was very nice, facing the back, very quiet and in good weather I could open the windows, have breakfast there with a view of the birds nibbling on the cherry tree. The toilet and kitchen were shared and everything was available, towels as well as all kitchen equipment. There was the possibility to eat in the kitchen or in the winter garden. The bus stops almost right in front of the door, a kind of tram is about 10 minutes' walk away, the journey takes about 15 minutes and the frequency is high. Those who like to walk can also reach the city via a quiet path and along the Seille, but it takes about 1 hour, but it is beautiful. Just across the street, there is a kind of nature reserve, newly created with loungers and small gardens. I highly recommend the accommodation and Metz.

Stephane’s instructions were very clear and everything went very smoothly. The room is very clean and spotless. It is a very quiet part of the city where one can recover from a day’s work. All is good. I do recommend Stephane’s place and it is one of the best Airbnb accommodations I had been to.

The accommodation offered by Gérard is very well arranged, very clean and really quiet. We noted only positive points from the bedding to the comfort of the 2 bedrooms. Very functional accommodation with lots of storage and even a dressing room (perfect for longer stays). Gerard is extremely kind and really very pleasant to talk to. Very responsive to answer if you need to contact him. we'll be happy to go back.
