Tiny home in Ingersleben

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

10 minutes by car in the center. Still peace & nature. The apartment in the developed basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, 2 induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed -small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The nearby northern beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald, on the Gera bike path in Bischleben, the affluent suburb of Erfurt. The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. The apartment is brand new, very neat and refined, with lots of details (candles, foot lamps) that exemplify the care and love of the host.The cooktop in the kitchen is powerful and the cookware is all very clean.The beds are also neat and comfortable.Because we visited over the Christmas break, the host had chocolates for our little friends and also made us feel warm by pre-purchasing mineral water and milk for us.The host was very friendly and always responded promptly to our information.Very happy and happy with this stay!Thank you Manuela, I'm sure your apartment will bring good memories to more travelers!
