Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

The hut is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is a toilet on an ecological basis and a wash basin with hot water to be used with ecological products. The Barn is surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace to the garden and to the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including a shower room and toilet opens. A window door from there allows the direct exit into the outdoor area.

In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
