There is a wonderful swimming lake as well as a sleigh hill for the kids only a three-minute walk away. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. A washing machine and dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The living room offers a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, a Playstation 4 Pro and hundreds of DVDs for rainy days or cosy evenings.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
