Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

Wake up to sit on the porch to enjoy a country sunrise or take a walk through our pasture trails. During the day, enjoy many local activities at Robbers Cave, Wilburton or the nearby scenic drives. You will love sitting on the front porch and watching the walkers, bike riders, etc. across the street. Living area open to dining area and kitchen. Master bedroom has walk-in shower. Also a full bath off the hallway. Wifi and streaming wide screen TV. Lots of closet space. Fully furnished kitchen. Across from a beautiful, walking track, the Mike Deak McAlester HS baseball field and soccer fields. Well lighted street. Small garage and additional parking on driveway.

Beautifully unique cabin. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor wood chairs comfortable. One perch caught. Something big broke our pole. Lighting out front by fire pit was nice. Need more lighting by parking and if we had used propane grill. I cooked over the fire. It was perfect since I had a foil pan. Or bring cast iron skillet. Love that outdoor and indoor games provided. It felt like a mountain adventure as we live where it is more flat and a lot less trees. Creeks flowing into ponds was nice to listen too. I felt safe during severe storms in the partially buried shipping containers cabin. NOAA weather radio was provided. Point antenna at door. Or take outside. So many frog sounds. Never knew they could sound like sheep! Clayton lake, quiet. Not many visitors on Memorial weekend. Sardis lake looked like great fishing below the dam. Robbers cave had kayaking, paddle boat, mini golf, swimming, fishing and a cave. We didn't get to experience, it stormed the whole time. We would return.

We had a great time. Spent a lot of family time in the cabin and the kids loved the hot tub. After we spent time hiking at Arrowhead State Park it was nice to relax.

This was perfect for our visit to Henryetta. The beds were so comfy and everything was clean and smelled amazing. The cottage has excellent AC and the bathhouse was always clean and cozy and in a super convenient location to all camping cottages especially this cottage. My kids loved seeing the animals. The hosts were very accommodating as we had a few additional checkin/check out requests. VERY RESPONSIVE AND ACCOMMODATING. Highly recommend.

New Lakehouse with Panoramic views of Sardis Lake!

THE VIEW!! It was definitely the view for me! So peaceful and serene. The place was very neat and clean. All essentials were provided. We did not have to leave to go get anything. We brought our own food, stayed in and cooked our own meals. The internet was slow, but to be honest this is not where you go if you're planning to spend a lot of time on the internet. Instead, this was a fantastic place to unwind and unplug. We played a variety of traditional games with each other instead of consuming more online content. We got back to basics...we laughed, talked and enjoyed the fellowship. This was a real retreat! A place to refresh and rejuvenate ourselves!!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay after driving 2 days from Pennsylvania to get here. It was as wonderful as I had hoped it would be. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and me and my brother loved the privacy of having two rooms/beds to enjoy our own space. If I’m ever back in the area I would book this place again!
