Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

our family mini break here was fantastic.Large modern kitchen to envy . Rest of home full of character,very homely, plenty of space and a wonderful garden. plenty of activities for the children.

Immaculate and peaceful house, beautifully kept and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the open plan kitchen space and terrace. Everyone was very comfortable - great beds, linen, towels, well equipped kitchen, children’s kitchenware, really everything we could have hoped for. The host was very prompt with replies to a question prior to checkin and we had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back (or just live there permanently!).

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to find the house. Good restaurants not too far. Ali lives next door so it is easy to walk there if you need anything. People who work and coming at the farm are very nice & friendly. Only one thing to remind is it is a bit difficult to get phone signal around the area but the WiFi in house is strong. So if you rent a car, try to get one with navigation.

Accommodation and communication was spot on, much appreciated, will use again when working in the area.

We really enjoyed our time at Crystal‘s house. The weather was quite chilly and it was nice to come home to a nice warm house each night. We enjoyed having the little sitting room to plan our day and watch a little bit of television before we went to bed. The little shops across the street were very helpful, there’s a pharmacy, several restaurants and small grocery stores that were super convenient. The main action line was very helpful getting us down to all the monuments. Crystal was very helpful in advising us about different things to do and how to get there. It was like having a little home away from home. Thank you so much. We had a great time. Kris and Denise.

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!

Iveta was very helpful and accommodating as we were unable to tell her our estimated time of arrival due to family circumstances. The lovely touch of chocolates and candles were appreciated. The appartment is spacious and well equipped. The parking space especially welcome as there doesn’t appear to be any other parking. Was also close to Southampton hospital which was what we needed .

Loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Derek and Clare were very helpful and friendly and everything you would want from hosts. Thanks for having us.

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗
