Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Auf 460m Seehöhe 4 km vom Ort Sankt Paul im Lavanttal entfernt umgeben von Wald und Wiesen im schönen Granitztal gelegen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Ein Wohnraum mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC stehen zur Verfügung. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln, sowie 100m² Wiese eingezäunt (ideal für Hunde).

We had a great stay at Ivo's house! The house is cozy and fully equipped with everything you need. It is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by forests and hills. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Ivo was very helpful and always available to answer questions and provide local tips. I highly recommend it!

Wir waren ein paar Tage zu Besuch im Ferienhaus von Melita. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sie war blitzsauber, perfekt ausgestattet, in traumhafter ruhiger Lage direkt am Berg und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Melita war uns super sympathisch, hat uns direkt beim Check-in die Gegend näher gebracht und auch Vorschläge für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gemacht - auch war sie immer erreichbar, wenn es mal Rückfragen gab. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

Sergej.... Your place is amazing. We enjoyed our visit emmensely. Would definately come by again. Was great to have a BBQ in your garden, with the view of the river. The garden cottage was fantastic and we enjoyed our BBQ dinner there. I love the sound of running and the cool breeze that cools the hot summer days. You have a GEM there. Everything we needed was there. The only thing my wife missed was a toaster... :) The sun-room is a super addition to the house. Can only imagine spending time there in winter with the fireplace active. So, to anyone else wishing to spend time here.... you would love it. Go ahead, make your booking. Marko and Adel and family and Toffee our dog (Jack-Russell)
