From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.
